What kind of words come to anyone’s mind when he or she hears the term “millennials”? It can be multitasking, y-generation, the Internet, social network and many other words that can characterise this type of people. I am sure, though, that only millennials themselves are able to distinguish main features of their everyday life. The main direction of progress of millennials is the fact that they are widely developed in all kind of spheres. Three values that, surely, play a key role in a life of youth are worth to be described in details: individualism, self-improvement, and tolerance. In general terms, tolerance is first of all a personal relation to people around. Hermann Hesse considers this question from the position, that no one can judge another person. All discontents and condemnations should be focused on a personal behaviour. This opinion is based on a principle, that in order not to be judged, do not judge another person. Everybody deals according to its own life circumstances and no one can really try on the life of another person, so cannot condemn it. Tolerance can be seen from different positions, one of them is religion.
