A Leader of Remarkable Life Change: Tony Robbins Born as Anthony J. Mahavorick on the 19th of February 1960, Tony Robbins is an American Life Coach. He is a well-known author of few popular self-help books. The most well-celebrated masterpieces that he wrote to make him famous were "Unlimited Power", "Unleash the Power Within" and "Awaken the Giant Within". He dedicated the past three decades of his life giving profound advice to leaders around the world. He was a recognized influence on the psychology of leadership, organizational improvement, and peak performance. It has been said that the book has similar ideologies with Napoleon Hill's "Think and Grow Rich", Maxwell Maltz's "Psycho-Cybernetics", and Dale Carnegie's "How to Win Friends and Influence People". Anthony Robbins Foundation This foundation was launched by Tony Robbins in 1991. It is a charity to serve as an empowerment for the students and prisoners through food drives. It also helps them to learn through his teachings. According to the foundation's website, it commits to making a difference in the lives of the children, the homeless, the prisoners, and the elderly using programs that were built using his teachings. It All Started with Napoleon Hill: A Father of Great Influence Napoleon Hill’s burning passion and determination produced a masterpiece that was molded in a marvelous, timeless book called "Think and Grow Rich". Hill became the pioneer of motivational speeches because of this book. "Think and Grow Rich" is widely recognized as the intellectual forerunner to self-help authorities such as Dale Carnegie and Tony Robbins. It is also credited and it became an inspiration to get wealthy gurus such as Robert Kiyosaki, the author of "Rich Dad Poor Dad" and Dave Ramsey, the author of "Total Money Makeover". Both of them are have burning passion for pursuing what they really want. In spite of having difficulties and setbacks of life, Hill always came up as a victor. Robbins is just the same which is why he believed that your past is not ultimate the one that molds your past, but your passion and making it a reality. They believe in the power of beliefs. Napoleon Hill influenced people that if you’re capable of thinking it and believing in it, then you are more than capable of doing it. Tony Robbins believed that you have the power to sabotage yourself just by believing them there’s no way for you to achieve your dreams. According to his book called “Awakening the Giant Within”, your belief is like a neither undisputed nor unchallenged set of command capable of dictating the outcome of your action, what is possible or not possible, and what you’re capable or incapable of doing. They believe in the power of emotions. Both of these authors believe that emotions are powerful in shaping your destiny. Hill provides comprehensive details on human emotions and what it can do in achieving one’s dreams. Tony Robbins is also bold to emphasize the importance of mastering your emotions. He even believed that negative emotions, most especially pain become a friend because it motivates human to take new actions and choose a path that will result in a productive and quality
