The students have been enrolling in tourism course to be part of the Tourism Industry which is one of the leading industries in our country (Philippines). Tourism is the source of income in other countries such as Philippines. Its importance was recognized in the Manila Declaration on World Tourism of 1980 as "an activity essential to the life of nations because of its direct effects on the social, cultural, educational, and economic sectors of national societies and on their international relations. In year 2010, South Korea is the largest source of visitors here in the Philippines because of travelling and studying in our country. Lee (2008) he states the one of the reason why the employee leave their work is because of emotional attachment to their job. He also identify factors that increase the rate of the employment who leave the organization or job and stressed by Barry et al. (2007) who conclude that leaving a position in a certain organization can change the entire organization negatively. In order to have an effective organization they must have strong communication and cooperation. They must encourage every member of the organization to participate and be productive in every way for them to work properly as a team and enhance their skills. Job satisfaction is defined as “an individual’s reaction to the job experience” (Berry, 1997). There are various components include salary promotion, benefits, co-workers, safety, nature of the work that are considered to be vital to job satisfaction. These factors can motivate a person because they think that all of these can make them satisfied. But it’s not true if they really want and like what they do all of these components will be disregarded. Job satisfaction is that when you use your degree and pay off all your hard work during your schooling years and you can apply it in your current job in your own
