2:00PM TC Tracie Hope OT from Missouri First about Ms. Virgie Lee Cooper. Tracie stated that she has only worked Ms. Virgie for a short time and she lives alone. There is no caregiver in the home and Virgie does her own housework and cooking until she slip on a rug hurting her leg/no fracture. Tracie commented Ms. Virgie daughter has been concerns about her not eating and paying her bills on time. Tracie explained Ms. Cooper stated her daughter is always in her business she can take care of herself and don 't need anyone but God.

On March 24th 1985 a young African-American man approached Michele Mallin at her car and asked her if she could help him start his car with jumper cables. Michele Mallin responded to him by telling him that she did not have any cables, the man then proceeded to unlock her door by reaching in through her car window. Mallin screamed and bit his thumb. He then took out a knife and held it to her throat to subdue her and to make her lay down on the floorboard of the car. He got in her car drove to a field just outside of town.
Johnson said “Al” told him that on Thursday June 16th Ms. Sockwell was complaining of pain and fell off the bed they were laying on, but he was able to scoop her up and get her back on the bed. Mr. Johnson said on Friday, June 17th 2016 he was notified by Alissa Sockwell the daughter of Nia Sockwell that she had fallen out of the bed again. He said that Alissa Sockwell told him that “Al” had called her and told her that Nia Sockwell had fallen and was facing the door but he could not get her back in the bed. On 6/29/15, Ms. Wendy Sanders and Mr. Charles Ray Hamilton visited the DHR office. Ms. Sanders is interested in becoming Mr. Hamilton 's rep. payee and caregiver. According to Ms. Sanders, she needs somewhere to live because she recently moved to the Carbon Hill area after getting out of an abusive relationship. She has been cleaning Mr. Hamilton 's home getting it ready for her son who is 13 years old. Worker explained to Ms. Sanders how his grandchildren have caused problems in the past for people who have tried to help Mr. Hamilton.
I responded to Troy Regional Medical Center in reference to an assault call. Upon arrival, I made contact with Roseline Jackson in room 9. Jackson stated that her and her baby daddy got into a physical altercation around 13:00 on this date. Jackson stated that she was picking their son up from Bean mother house and that’s when Bean asked to borrow her car. Bean got mad because Jackson wouldn’t let him use it.

Tanesha lives in Chattanooga, TN where she relocated 12 years ago for a managerial position of a retail store chain. Kimberly Tyler, a professor in the sociology department at the University of Nebraska- Lincoln, published “A Qualitative Study of Early Family Histories and Transitions of Homeless Youth” in 2006. In her study, she conducted in-depth interviews with a small group of forty homeless youth between the ages of 19 and 21 across four Midwestern states. Tyler’s open-ended questions guided the youths through their childhoods, asking specifically about several types of abuse. All interviews were carefully transcribed and examined, as researchers divided up the different abuse allegations. In the interviews the homeless youths revealed that thirty-seven of them had witnessed at least one parent abuse a substance, such as alcohol or marijuana.
