Why no one using the public spaces in Malaysia? One of the main reasons is about the traffic jam that I mention at the chapter above. The people who live in the Kuala Lumpur area spend more of the time stuck in the traffic jam. The traffic jam may cause stress for the people. So more of the citizen after works rather spends the time in café, pub, or others entertainments area until the peak hour is over. In the chapter is discussing about the benefit of the public spaces.

Public space is an imperative part of an effective city. A decently composed and oversaw open space is a key resource for a city's live ability and has a positive effect on its economy. Interest in broad daylight space helps enhanced wellbeing and prosperity; decreases the effect of environmental change; urges a movement to strolling and cycling modes and builds security and a lessened alarm of wrongdoing. It can enhance private neighborhoods, defending property estimations and expanding appeal to guests. A 1% expansion in green space can be connected with a 0.3% to 0.5% increment in normal house costs.

Question#1 Some people might think that abandoned, “ghetto” sites have become useless, uninspiring, invaluable and should be demolished to create a building in which people could inhabit or use with a purpose. Although, that is not always the situation, some places could be transformed into a building that is advantageous to all. To support this, it clearly states in Source#2 that “Through government partnerships, public art can also transform dull or run-down public spaces and inspire the people who live and work there. We believe that art is educational and belongs to all people.
Both public and private spaces can be included, and it portrays a mapping and experience that is not additive, linear, or dualistic. According to Keifer-Boyd and Smith, it is an “extension of self in visual narrative form” (2012, p.4). Situated knowledges are how one knows what one knows via a relationship between lived experience and the influence of social location. There is no such thing as ‘neutral space.’ By pairing my experiences with locations and particular spaces, I could navigate

The US went through revolutionary advancements in transportation from 1800 to 1840. The transportation improvements had substantial effects on the economy and also individual development. People could now buy goods that were made in places faraway because access was easier to towns and cities and people’s experiences grew as they were able to be more mobile (309). The roads were inadequate in 1800, so the federal government funded the National Road in 1808 to establish its dedication to improve the roads in the nation and so then by 1839 the East and West would be tied together (309). Commerce was still inadequate even with the National Road funded which improved transportation.
Introduction As the world’s population continues to migrate and live in urban areas, planners, engineers, and politicians have an important role to ensure that they are livable and sustainable. But what defines an urban area and what makes it so attractive? In my opinion, urban areas are places that consist of a variety of land uses and buildings, where services and amenities are easily accessible to the general public, and includes an established multimodal transportation network. Also, it should be a place where people can play, learn, work, and grow in a safe and collaborative manner.
Speeding is the act or practice of exceeding the speed limit. Speeding is very dangerous. It is not only dangerous for us, but for those around us. Injury Facts, 2012 Edition tells us that thirty-two percent of motor vehicle fatalities involve speeding. That is such a large percentage that can easily be decreased if everyone, including myself, would stop speeding.
Thousands of people die each year from auto accidents. Many deaths caused by speeding leave families devastated. “Speeding accidents about as popular as drinking and driving accidents” (Boyles). Speed limits is supposedly what keeps us safe while out on the road. Many people think that they do not need to follow the speed limit signs.

Speeding There are many effects of speeding, such as ticket fees, going to court, driver important class, and a rise in insurance. All of these effects will make you rethink speeding, no matter what the causes for speeding are. Speeding is a very serious matter that could be prevented. Running late, or just wanting to go fast are two of the major causes of speeding.
Traffic congestion is a condition on convey networks that occurs as use increases, and is characterized by more gradual speeds, longer trip times, and incremented vehicular queueing. The most mundane example is the physical utilization of roads by conveyances. When traffic demand is great enough that the interaction between conveyances slows the haste of the traffic stream, this results in some congestion. As demand approaches the capacity of a road (or of the intersections along the road), extreme traffic congestion sets in. When conveyances are plenarily ceased for periods of time, this is colloquially kenned as a traffic jam or traffic snarl-up.

At the beginning, the public spaces were defined as an area that can be easily for everyone to access at any time. With the development of social and city, it became to a complicated definition which relevant to property, using and design of these spatial. As the result, R. Sennett said about the drop and end of public space because of these factor (Sennett, 1992) meanwhile Carr S. is finding a new pattern of modern life and it seems be a drama of living together in an enormous building (Carr, et al., 1993). Base on the traditional history and the reports, public spaces have a same pattern but they still have the differences in some factor such as historical, cultural, social even though the behavior of people in specific residential
