Do you think traffic problem can be solved? This is a very important and annoying issue in these days. There have to be a solution for traffic jam because there are one billion cars in the world and now a days people use the car for every thing even if the destination was one block away. People have to start sharing cars like is there is three individuals work in the same place and they are close to each other they can ride one car instead of thee and to encourage them we can make one line for the cars who have more than one passenger so that people start sharing cars, Even students who go to school they can share one car to go to school. There is three reasons that can solve traffic jam problem flexible work hours, raise the gas price and …show more content…
If we increase the gas price people will actually start talking alternative solution like public transportation improving public transportation will encourage people to start using them such as better seats, good air conditioning and making the price of the tickets less so people can afford it, share cars, instead of using 2 cars, they will use one car to use less gas (O’Toole, 2012). Also if the gas price increased some people will not be able to afford it, by that less people will drive and if less people drive the traffic will be less. People will start thinking of using smarter cars the runs in electricity by that the cars will be smaller so the roads can take more cars than before and they will not be using gasoline and the air pollution will not increase like before. By increasing the gas price people will start thinking more about using their vehicle to go short distance (Ghadge, 2015). Car companies will have to start working in fuel efficient to reduce the use of gas or they can start making electronic cars that is suitable to individuals needs so they start buying it. Furthermore air pollution will be less because people will start using fewer cars or using cars that run in
Most gasoline has 10-15% alcohol produced from corn. As a result, some say, the price of food has risen, causing hardship, increased food prices, and other problems. What are the real facts? Gasoline has ethanol inside, ethanol comes from corn. Corn is the main source of ethanol, many people spend 50% or more of their income on food.
By fracking for natural gas and shifting from coal to natural gas power generation plants, we could benefit economically, save our environment, and save millions of gallons of
One of the first solutions is the governments should create measures, such as make streetcar that is an energy saving and promote other transit systems, like bicycles or eco-friendly electric cars. In fact, the train and the streetcar are the most eco-friendly vehicles, because these produced lower CO2 emissions than cars and air plane. In Europe, twenty cities in 11countries are using these eco-friendly vehicles. Therefore, European people are actively working on decrease the environmental problems. If Hawaiian people use these eco-friendly vehicles, people will be stress reliever of the traffic congestion as well.
The US went through revolutionary advancements in transportation from 1800 to 1840. The transportation improvements had substantial effects on the economy and also individual development. People could now buy goods that were made in places faraway because access was easier to towns and cities and people’s experiences grew as they were able to be more mobile (309). The roads were inadequate in 1800, so the federal government funded the National Road in 1808 to establish its dedication to improve the roads in the nation and so then by 1839 the East and West would be tied together (309). Commerce was still inadequate even with the National Road funded which improved transportation.
Since the United States will be getting their own natural gases from fracking then that means the “United States will not have to buy and import natural gases from other countries, saving money in the process” (Rogowsky) therefore the “United States will become more independent and not rely on other countries” (Rogowsky). This is important because the people of the United States will also be able to save money because “the gas prices for cars will go down significantly as the gas supply goes up” (Rogowsky). Not only this, but the prices for medicine are sure to decline as well, “natural gases are an important chemical feedstock in some packaging medicine” (Rogowsky). With fracking, the medicine prices will take a dive also resulting in the American people saving money. With the increase of fracking there will be a higher supply of gas and medicine, which makes the prices decrease and people will save
Speeding is the act or practice of exceeding the speed limit. Speeding is very dangerous. It is not only dangerous for us, but for those around us. Injury Facts, 2012 Edition tells us that thirty-two percent of motor vehicle fatalities involve speeding. That is such a large percentage that can easily be decreased if everyone, including myself, would stop speeding.
This is all because of global warming, and if we start switching to electric cars, we could make a big difference and maybe, just maybe the effects of global warming will decrease. If they don’t, sea-levels could rise and flood certain areas of the world. Secondly, electric cars, ironically, use less energy than gas cars to move
What do you do when you run out of gas in your car? Will you stop using your car? or Will you go to the gas station and refill your tank? Natural gas that has been pumped up from fracking nearly fuels 40% of the U.S. energy consumption. Without fracking, the price of gas would have a drastic raise from $3.25 to $11 per gallon, so consumers would have to pay about $130 or more to refill their gas tank.
Thousands of people die each year from auto accidents. Many deaths caused by speeding leave families devastated. “Speeding accidents about as popular as drinking and driving accidents” (Boyles). Speed limits is supposedly what keeps us safe while out on the road. Many people think that they do not need to follow the speed limit signs.
First of all, let’s talk about the environment. I’m sure you all know about greenhouse gases and global warming, so I won’t talk much about that, but you may not know that road vehicles produce 10% of all man-made greenhouse gas emissions. This does include vehicles other than cars like trucks, but Tesla just came out with an electric truck which is faster and can carry more weight than any petrol/diesel truck. Greenhouses gases carbon-dioxide and methane have hit their highest levels in the past 420,000 years, and the extent of arctic sea ice has declined about 10% in the last 30 years. This is all because of global warming, and if we start switching to electric cars, we could make a big difference and maybe, just maybe the effects of global warming will decrease.
Have you ever been to the gas station and thought to yourself "why are these gas prices so high"? You may have even thought about cutting back some of your driving. When gas goes up it seems like the whole world may have turned their backs on you. In fact, Americans have an unquenchable thirst for gasoline. You could look at the amount of traffic on roads and highways, and you'll see that if a severe gas shortage were to happen it would cripple the United States into shambles.
Automotive emission related air pollution must be reduced before its effects on health can
Speeding There are many effects of speeding, such as ticket fees, going to court, driver important class, and a rise in insurance. All of these effects will make you rethink speeding, no matter what the causes for speeding are. Speeding is a very serious matter that could be prevented. Running late, or just wanting to go fast are two of the major causes of speeding.
Another important issue that even students get late to their school and everything will not be in time. Congestion always happens when people go and come from work so employs play a big part in congestion and it happens especially in big cities as the streets are big and people have their own cars not like towns or villages. In big cities, people prefer to use more their own private cars than using public transport but in towns they prefer the public transport. So, in big cities there will always be traffic jam as there are so many private cars in the street. When cars are banned then the traffic jam would disappear and people will be able to arrive in time and won’t affect
Support idea: more electric car more reduce carbon dioxide Support detail: In the future, electric car will be more number on the road and reduce making carbon dioxide to the air. “Carmakers have queued up to pledge that soon all their new models will be either hybrids or electric.”[2] Body2 Topic sentence: Electric car can charge by itself to use less time at charging station. Support idea: solar power Support detail: Some electric car have sola panel that can recharge battery by itself with sun light. Support idea: Dynamo generator
