When we think of beauty we often only see the carnal beauty and we often aim to be aesthetically pleasing. We tend to neglect our mental, emotional and spiritual states in order to be deemed beautiful by society. The meridians are the “bloodstreams” of the Energy system, transporting Chi throughout the body. Meridians run in pairs, one superficial and one deep in order to feed the whole body, they also serve as the bridge of mind, body and soul. Seven major chakras are situated along the spine and an additional twenty minor chakras are found throughout the body.
