TriState dairies has hired me as the new chief ethics officer, I was hired to established the ethical guidelines and social activities. The CEO wants to give a financial donation to a worthy cause. Although this is a great idea and will benefit the company because the community will see that TriStates cares about the community. This is not the only way that the company can do some good at a lower cost, we can also go organic which is healthier for our customers and the environment.
