Yes, this ancient Indian spice reveals amazing outstanding health benefits for all who choose to try. Turmeric is a tropical herbaceous plant with its scientific name curcuma longa of the ginger family. Turmeric has been around since ancient times and has a wide range of health benefits as recent studies have concluded. There is an exceptional value in the treatment of inflammatory conditions, diabetes and even cancer. Studies have been performed on the turmeric and cancer connection. It is revealed that turmeric induces a process that triggers the self-destruction of cancerous and damaged body cells. WHAT IS CANCER:- Cancer also known as a malignant tumor or malignant neoplasm, is a group of diseases involving abnormal cell growth with the potential to invade or spread to other parts of the body.
