Mass marketing is a profitable one as it uses a low cost of production but results to a large margin since it’s a mass production. This level also needs to make sure that they 're keeping their price low so that they can attract more customers in all classes.

This kind of marketing is usually done in the call center industry. Where a call center agent which is a sales person will call a business firm, it could be a restaurant, a publishing company, barber shop or hotel to offer cable and internet line.
