Abstract
The following report explains the different types of strategies used in project management and how it can be applied into Northumbria Engineering Faculty. It will be covering three strategies and its governance & creativity. Selecting the correct strategies is only the commencement of a successful project management company. Application is the essence to warrant sustainability of the strategies. This report will focus on the key challenges and methodologies to ensure smooth implementation of the strategies.

A project is a provisional endeavour designed to create a unique product, facility or outcome with a distinct start and end to meet distinctive objectives and aims, naturally to get about valuable change or added value (Sebastian, 2007). The momentary nature of projects stands in contrast with business as usual which are monotonous or permanent practical events to yield goods or amenities. Student Assessment
Numerous common policy challenges arise regarding student assessment: aligning educational standards and student assessment; balancing external assessments and teacher based valuations in the assessment of learning and incorporating student formative assessment in the appraisal and assessment framework.
Teacher Evaluation
Collective policy challenges in teacher evaluation are: merging the improvement and accountability roles of teacher evaluation; accounting for student grades in evaluation of teachers; and using teacher valuation results to shape incentives for teachers.
School Evaluation
School valuation presents common policy challenges regarding: aligning external evaluation of schools with internal school evaluation; providing balanced public reporting on schools and improving data supervision skills of school
