Good afternoon, producers of the BAPFF. ‘The Super Storm’ was produced by ‘Foreign Correspondent’ targets the universe about Climate Change. The documentary is about ‘Typhoon Haiyan’ that occurred in the Philippines at the beginning of November 2013. It reveals how the damages of the typhoon affected the lives of the Philippines. This documentary informs the world about the effect of climate change. In order, to persuade the audience that climate change is life-threatening and that it negatively affects humanity. The audience is positioned to feel frightened, as it sheds light on the leading cause of natural disasters. The bird-eye view shot of the damaged buildings enhances how much the citizens in the Philippines have suffered from the typhoon. These camera shot positioned the reader to sympathize as they viewed the consequences of climate change, effectively portraying the negative reality of natural disasters. Consequently, the use of aesthetic features remarkably presents the ruthless reality of climate change being the cause of natural disasters.
