Two of the 29 students were kicked out of the class due to ditching the class and not showing up to their job site. Some consequences were not as extreme as those incidents. If a student was messing around in the clinic or was texting during an instruction they would not allowed to be able to participate in the procedures that day. These rules were placed for a reason and came with serious consequences if they weren’t obeyed. Our instructor was very clear about that and did not make any exceptions.
As aforementioned, I would collaborate with my students about the type of consequences that they would have if they made poor choices that broke one of the rules. The type of consequence that I would use the least in my classroom would be the conventional consequences. In my opinion, removing students from the learning environment, unless absolutely necessary, is a disservice to students. This is not to say that some of the consequences may remove students from their working environment, because they might, but students will always be in the classroom. Introduction Aggression is a form of social interaction, which is overt and often associated to be harmful that consist of intention of causing either damage or unpleasantness to another person (West, 2013). The harm of this kind can either exist in physical or psychological form. Its occurrence can be as a result of with or without provocation. The existence of blocked goals among humans can easily lead to aggression. This is a social issue among children, which often result in harming the society, community, families and themselves.
During both observation days there was no behavior problems. It was a well obtained class, and I am excited to continue participating in this classroom. One student during the classes library visit came up and gave me a big hug. He would not let go for the longest time. This class has a special place in my heart and I only been in there two times.

When a student displays appropriate behavior the teacher should recognize their action. By stating a positive comment, a student will continue to exhibit the desirable behavior.
They are then forced to try to control the class which they are unable to do without disciplinary actions, making it way harder to teach. Class management is important because teachers will have more teaching time and it’s a time for relationship building. Stopping behavioral interruptions will allow more time to teach. Class management will also create a positive learning environment where students can state their own opinions without others bashing them for it.
