While volunteering as a patient escort at UCLA Ronald Reagan Hospital, I learned to interact with different personalities of patients and the medical staff. Before my shifts began, I explored the hospital to familiarize with the different areas and to efficiently transport the patients on a wheelchair or gurneys.
