In as much as the economy has increasingly advanced, the importance of excellent talent is becoming a top priority for most organizations. There are major anxieties with businesses when they have to acquire actual talent, retain and develop potential talent for their organization. Being aware that enhance talent within an organization will bring better outcomes. Management should then maintain a competitive benefit over its competition by measuring and tracking the skills and abilities of their workers. Different forms of measurements are achieved to measure the talents of human capital.

I decided to research the career path of a Chief Financial officer. I came to this decision because I’m very interested in the field of business and money. My major at Rowan is business and I plan to minor in Management Information systems. My ultimate goal is to become a CFO of a successful company or even start my own company and be a CEO. I was inspired by a coworker to pursue business as my career path.

I would like to apply for admission into the Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration (PGD) program at your respected university. By completing this program, I expect to equip and develop myself into a business leader with knowledge of both business management and information technology management. Overtaxing, or stress, puts an extreme amount of strain on the human body, and will slowly wear down the person’s physical and mental state. Countless numbers of people don’t take their stress seriously, and just push it to the side to deal with later. As time goes on, their stress builds up to result in chronic stress, feeling constantly trapped. Everyone’s body copes differently, that’s why there are numerous ways that work best for each person. Many types of stress affect people physically, emotionally, and behaviorally, but people can cope with it in many different ways.
The same idea has been analyzed by researchers in the field of organizational behavior. There is a trait called personality A, which refers to people who are aggressive, impatient, and competitive. Because personality A types thrive in one-to-one negotiations, common sense would indicate that these people would be at the top of most organizational chains, but the opposite happens. Personality A types are actually great as salespersons and as entrepreneurs. However, most of the times they lack the patience and analytical skills required to manage the bigger organizational units and departments of today government and business world (Robbins, 2003).
In this class we are expecting to run a business with competitors within the Footwear industry. With any industry there are many challenges within a company. Many companies, if not all want to be able to bring in the most revenues, profit, ROE, and have an image rating that will portray consumers to keep coming back and purchasing there products, there products are also reflected in the stock market. If a company cannot distribute and there goals and objectives on customer demands, the company maybe at the risk of failing financially, due to the amount of debt they may encounter trying to establish this.
