INTRODUCTION The persistent of unemployment rate among the graduates in Malaysia are in a worrying trend. Every year many students have graduated from institutions of higher learning either in public or private institutions. However , Malaysian graduates face difficulties to find jobs due to labor market changes are too rapidly and competitively . Nowadays, the employer will find the worker who had a lot of experienced one compared to the one without experience. The employer prefer worker experiences because they can save money and time from implement training program for new employees. BACKGROUND OF RESEARCH This reseach provides a broad overview of the employment situation in graduates which is a major concern of Malaysia government throughout the region. The approach is rather general and highlights the problems which leads the increasing of unemployment rates in Malaysia.Because of data limitation,the reseach solution focuses on the quality of educational system and the impacts to unemployment rates.
