Manufacturers strip out the crackers from their nutritious values and add to them harmful ingredients such as sugar, artificial sweeteners, and salt.
Salted crackers are high in sodium. A serving contains around 200 mg. of sodium. Increased consumption of sodium causes water retention and swelling in the ankles, feet and hands.
You cannot consider crackers as one of the healthy snacks in between meals. The best choice you have is to leave all kind of crackers on the supermarket
