Introduction USG People N.V is a Dutch company whose primary function is to provide recruitment, both temporary and permanent, and HR services to countries in continental Europe - mainly in the Netherlands, Belgium, France, and Germany. It is the second largest HR services provided in the Netherlands and has recently joined forces with Recruit Holdings Co., Ltd – a Japanese company and one of the largest HR services providers in the world. My biggest strength that relates to the roles of the RA position is being able to Communicate effectively. I am a Communication major, and I have learned to speak in public, and speak in a manner that is both understandable and clear. I have been told many times before that I have a great sense of humor and extremely creative. Strengths: As a student one of my strengths is organization. I can say I can keep my school materials and notebooks organized in a way that I and others can comprehend. The reason I can say I am organized is because, I have hardly ever had in the past or present any issues with trying to find homework or assignments because I always kept my materials for each class organized and in a place I could easily find. Another strength I have is social skills. I can believe that I communicate with others well in a group.
