On 6/14/18 about 1655 I was riding partners with Sgt D. Comodeca #1790 when I responded to a domestic at 3713 NW 27TH ST. When I arrived SU Palmer, Derrick had already left the scene. I spoke to VI Pollock, Marguerite who said SU had been on her property before our arrival and had just left the area. Pollock said Palmer had been calling and leaving her voicemails since May 18th of this year. Pollock said the voicemails revolve around Palmer seeing their children they have together. Pollock said DHS has ordered Palmer not to see the children until he goes to his parenting classes. Mary Ann Stephens was a tourist visiting Jacksonville, Florida with her husband Mr. Stephens. According to Stephens a black male standing about 6’2” with a skinny build robbed and shot Mrs. Stephens.. The male then fled the scene with the gun and the purse of the victim. On October 3, 1974, at around 10:45 pm, Elton Hymon and Leslie Wright of the Memphis Police Department were responding to a “prowler on the inside” call. 10/29/2015 at approximately 1918 hours, this officer was dispatched to 207 Florida Avenue for a mother and daughter domestic. Both Denise and Shirley HAZLETT could be heard screaming while I was outside the home on the sidewalk. This altercation was occurring during Shenandoah Height's trick or treat event with numerous neighbors, parents and children walking around the home. I briefly spoke with several neighbors who were standing outside. They expressed thier concerns about Denise and Shirley HAZLETT.
Officer Perez reports being dispatched to a disturbance at 11 Langton. Perez arrived on scene and met with Ann Mcelroy that stated she lost her phone and found that 2 kids had possession of the phone and was able to get the phone returned to her. Mcelroy stated she wanted to make a report of her phones information had been erased and was concerned of any personal information that was possibly had been taking prior to her getting her phone back. On November 6th, 2015 at approximately 1830 hours I, Investigator James Poffel was the on-call investigator and contacted by Officer Garrett Dunlap, regarding him being dispatched to 1517 Baltimore St in reference to a sexual assault report. The sexual assault was said to have occurred approximately two weeks prior. Officer Dunlap informed me he arrived on scene and spoke with the victim, Elia Ramirez and her mother, Marcela Ramirez. Elia informed Officer Dunlap that she works at the Sonic, located at York and Chandler. She informed him approximately two weeks ago, while she was at work, she took her lunch break.
On 3/17/17 at 1005 hrs, I was dispatched to the PD lobby in reference to harassing phone calls. Upon my arrival, I made contact with the complainant Victoria Wert and her boyfriend, Bradley Palmer. Wert advised Palmer’s ex-girlfriend, Alexus Smith has been texting her since 9/27/16 to 3/17/17, during this time Wert advised she did not text her Smith once, and her text messages are rude and unwanted. Wert advised she did not receive any concerning messages until 3/17/17 at 0930 hrs.

We were flagged down by an anonymous female Hispanic who was traveling northbound on Lincoln Avenue from Washington Boulevard. The female advised she was following a tan pickup truck westbound on Washington Boulevard approaching Lincoln Avenue.
