A Vacation in the City of Nature The story began when I was still in junior high school. School holiday came just as usual. At that time, coincidentally my uncle and his family came to visit us. He invited me to come over his house in Malang to spend my holiday. I ran towards my room to prepare everything, not to forget, to get permission from my parents. It was such a rare chance for me to actually spend my holiday afar from home. Thus, the journey began. We started the ride towards Malang. Considering the distance from my hometown to Malang, the journey will take a rather long time. As we pass through the long road, I enjoyed the view along the way. For a certain purpose, my uncle said that he need to make stop. Specifically, to visit

After we passed the park’s gate, we could find several form of animals and still objects made of metal junks. You could feel how the park implemented the concept of recycling. A lot of attractions were served. The park was quite huge for its size and really eco-friendly. We passed through a museum with various insects. Then, there were many birds and other animals. I have forgotten how many attractions it has. However, in the center area, we fed bird, even though unfortunately the bird seemed to dislike me. I had quite of hard time to feed the birds. After that, we took a ride in a water-vehicle and played water-shooting. In the next area you could find big aquarium with huge fishes. Unfortunately, we couldn’t feed the fishes. Next is an area for birds. There were so many birds with various shapes and colors, I was enticed by the beauty of such animal’s form. Their feathers were so pretty. Many people took a photograph with them, I also participated upon the chance. Then, you could find a science center like place. A room with surgery and tools to treat animal, as far as I could remember. In the last area, we enjoyed a 3D movie. It was my first time to actually watch a movie in a theatre and even in 3D. I was really amazed. In that area, you could also find a place to create a handcrafted artwork. The handcrafts were created by arranging and sticking a lot of seeds. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to make a decent
