The CSR has become a globalisation concept going value in business maintaining sustainability. By this forces they gain competition, increase share value, here the impact is through operations, services supplies to customers, supplier, employees and other concerns. Hence CSR is income is derived and how the business conducted.
Strategic and Responsive CSR

In CSR we can identify two types such as Strategic and Responsive. Strategic CSR includes outside-in and inside-out linkages acting together. Inside-out linkages include the company 's way of imposition on society through its normal business operations whereas outside-in linkages are how the company is influenced by external social conditions for good or bad. Also the company should know what kind of social issues to be addressed. Furthermore the Social issues can be divided into three categories such as generic social issues, value chain & social impacts and social dimensions of competitive environment.
The extensive CSR impact will be seen when there is integration between responsive CSR value chain social impacts and investments in competitive area.

CSR at IKEA

The IKEA was chosen for its long history and experience it has, affronting severed CSR related crisis criticisms that helped it to develop policies, contracts and initiatives it has with stake holders. This provides a useful lesson for other people to follow. CSR experience gained by IKEA that enables other companies to understand CSR is not a cost addiction
