What does the client want from Vans Maxed?
The customer wants a wide range of shoes to choose from. The customer wants and expects good quality products that are lightweight and are durable. The customer also wants the authentic vans feel in the new product (Marketing91.com, 2010).
How and where will the customer use it?
The Vans Maxed shoe will be used in gyms, on sports fields and even for athletic activities. It is a suitable shoe for walking and running as it supports the heel and ankles. The Vans Maxed shoe can also be worn as a fashion statement, as not everyone will want to wear them just for sports (Marketing91.com, 2010).

Vans Maxed will be sold for slightly cheaper, yet still being a good quality brand. People will find it more understandable to go for something of better price and good quality (Slideshare.net, 2015).
Market Structure
Elasticity -Vans Maxed will be elastic demand, to ensure that price may increase without it being extreme so that the demand does not increase, as we don’t want the target market being put off of the product (Slideshare.net, 2015).
Pricing Objectives
Profit- Vans Maxed aims to reach a maximum profit, because when you have a target, you work towards the target and not beyond. When you reach your maximum target, that is when your company does well. When working to achieve maximum profit, your employees are pushed to perform their best, improving their skills (Slideshare.net, 2015). Vans Maxed wants to expand in the future, providing various sports products.

Vans Maxed has a young and energetic look and feel, which is aimed at the target audience (O 'Neil, 2013).
Goals & Objectives- Vans Maxed wants to achieve the highest amount of social network followers from our competitors. We also want to be able to clearly communicate to our consumers about Vans Maxed and the quality of our products through different marketing platforms; thus, creating a hype amongst our target audience and winning them over, becoming the top sports brand (O 'Neil, 2013).
Communication Channels- Vans Maxed will use advertising in order to get our product known and make consumers aware of promotions. These will take place on social media, magazines and even brochures. Emails will be sent to those who sign up to Vans Maxed, informing them about promotions and events on a more personal level (O 'Neil, 2013).
How Much to Spend- According to How Much Does Nike Spend On Marketing, Nike spends about $2.8 million on marketing, bringing in $21 billion in sales (Theshoegame.com, 2013). Vans Maxed will put in 60% of our funds towards marketing, as it plays a big role in gaining customers and creating brand
It secures the athletes and give them trust and dedication to fight for their ultimate goal to achieve. Nike's ads are basic , but very effective. Nike's pathos is if you wear nike you don’t have to worry about anything; your in good hands ,the products will not fail you. It will help you strive for your goal you want to accomplish. 1.0 Introduction and Identification of Problems BabbaCo, Inc. is an American based company founded by a mother of three and serial entrepreneur Jessica Nam Kim. It started off by offering infant-related products and managed to grow the business to a few hundred thousand dollars in revenue in less than a year’s time. Soon after, the young startup encountered the problem of low repeat sales. Thus, the entrepreneur started to rethink BabbaCo’s business model. Consequently, the argument displayed by the company shows that humans are unlimited; all the opportunities for us to be the best in something are in front of us by hardworking and believing in ourselves. This way, Nike grabbed the hearts of inspired people who stood up for the call, and they will probably use their equipments to play their favorite sport. In my opinion, Nike “Unlimited You” was one of their best ads logically and reasonably; the numbers on YouTube show that this is their most viewed ad and it is one of their most recent as it was uploaded on Internet one month ago!
The Model S is posting as a luxury car with great performance that simply has the added benefit of being a fully electric vehicle without sacrificing style and performance. This high-end luxury car is not missing anything from a traditionally European luxury car and that’s how Tesla wants concept to be. Sometimes it’s the meaning behind the ad or how the product is represented. Nikes is using one of the most popular strategies that are successful in promoting its product and increasing income. When I first saw this ad I immediately knew they were comparing the iron man suit to the shoes showed in the ad.

Thus showing the financial power Nike has, well the firm holds a net income of 2.5 billion in the fiscal year of 2013. Nike’s largest product category is footwear, representing over 55% of the companies revenue.
