On Sunday 01/28/2018 at approximately 0146 I Officer A. Rodriguez #217 was dispatched to Momentum Village apartment #10106 (located at 7037 Islander Way Corpus Christi, Texas 78412 which is a part of Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi) about an individual that was in apartment 10106 D not a roommate or an invited guest. Upon arrival I activated body camera #3 and knock on the door. An individual by the name of Christopher Potter (student/resident/reporting party) answered the door stating that he heard noise coming from his roommate 's room which is out of town. Potter had called his roommate (later identified as Michael Westerdale (student/resident) via phone to check if it was him which Westerdale told him no and that no one was allowed in his room. On 12/7/16, at 1008 hours, I, Officer Humphries #335, was met in the lobby of the Bladensburg Police Department by a citizen who wanted to file a stolen cellular telephone report. Upon interviewing Mr. Angela Roscoe, reporting person who stated that on 12/7/16, Mr. Benjamin Allen stolen his cellular telephone an Apple, IPhone 6 white in color with a black case. Mr. Roscoe stated that Mr. Allen, is his boyfriend, and he also through food all throughout the residence doing an argument the estimated cost of the IPhone 6 $300.00. Mr. Roscoe was issued a case number in reference to the incident.
On 10-03-2015 at 2018 hours I responded to 599 Pine (Casey 's) in reference to counterfeit bills. Upon arriving I made contact with Store Manager Laura Isaac and Officer Woodruff. While Isaac was pulling up surveillance footage she explained that a female had attempted to pay for gas and other items with a counterfeit twenty dollar bill. I seized the note, it has been entered into evidence as #18596. Isaac also explained that the female arrived in a vehicle which she described as a grey short cab dodge truck.
SYNOPSIS: On 6-25-15 the suspect, Matthew Rutledge, was arrested for possession of stolen property, 496(a) PC, and possession of an access card with intent to use, 484 E (D) PC. His companion, Rassan Clayton was released at the scene with no arrest. On 6-30-15 the district attorney requested additional information for the case. DETECTIVE SUPPLEMENTAL FOLLOWUP:
On September 8, 2015, at approximately 12:52 PM I, Deputy Ragsdale, was contacted by Captain Tucker to call Michael Holcombe in reference to a theft. I then contacted Michael Holcombe on Wood County cell two. He told me that his daughter was renting a house at 116 Oak Street, Yantis, Texas from Margi Halfcox, suspect. Michael Holcombe told me that he let his daughter borrow his riding lawn mower. He then advised me that his daughter was moving out of that residence.
On 04/23/16 I contacted Andrew Jepko at Pinching Pennies in reference to a theft of property call. Mr. Jepko said on this date at around 1230 hours a white male, white female and mixed juvenile male entered the store and browsed around for a while. Mr. Jepko said the party exited the store and the group stood outside the business for a short period and then the female reentered, expressing interest in a set of tires he was selling; which were stacked in front of the business. Mr. Jepko said the female exited the business again and when she did her male companion put two of the tires in the back seat of their vehicle with the juvenile male and then the three drove away. On Wednesday 10-14-15 at approximately 1700 hours I Officer Hildebrand and Sgt. Hard were advised by dispatch that Debra Vanblaricom was at the station asking to talk to an officer. Debra wished to report an assault on her granddaughter. We met with Debra in the Police Department to speak with her. Debra stated that she feared for her granddaughter 's safety.
PPD Dispatch advised a male Black, approximately 35 years of age was seen running into the flow of traffic and yelling at passing vehicles. The male was reportedly wearing a blue/green Seahawks Jersey and carrying a black backpack. Officer Park #6800 and Officer Vincent #8981 were on scene prior to my arrival. On 12/09/2015, at approximately 1518 hours, this Officer received a call via radio and directed to Main and Lloyd Street for a pedestrian who was struck by a vehicle. This officer and Officer Brown responded to the scene. When Officers arrived on scene I observed a 93 year old female lying in the middle of Main Street (State Route 924). The female was later identified as Agnes E. Ferguson (DOB: 7/24/22) who resides at 37 West Coal Street Shenandoah, PA 17976. A silver Subaru was stationary in the northbound lane of Main Street (SR 924) near Agnes.
10 Investigative Skills (7PA0006337) - Officer Stark responded to a PC211-Robbery radio call at 1038 E. Colorado Blvd. The comments of the call stated 2 Female Asians and 2 Male Asians pushed the Victim out of his wheelchair and took his wallet containing $25. Stark responded to the location, even though it was out of his beat, and asked me if he could handle the call. I advised the beat Officer that we would handle the incident for training. As we entered the Rite Aid, the Victim was sitting in his wheelchair directly in front of the exit.
On Monday 06/27/16 at 2148 hours I was dispatched for an assault at Cedar Ridge Apartments located at 30819 124th Ave SE in the City of Auburn, King Co, WA. Dispatch advised the reporting person, Amber Archer, stated a male was hitting children with a cane. When I arrived I observed several people in a group speaking with Officer T. Minkler. Officer Minkler pointed to a male, a stated he was a possible witness and father to one of the victims.
On 01/23/2016, at approximately 1428 hours, your affiant was on routine patrol travelling north on State Route 924 (North Main Street). Your affiant observed a black Subaru station wagon travelling south on State Route 924 approaching a steady red traffic signal located at the intersection of Main and Coal Streets. The operator of the Subaru continued through the intersection and travelled through the steady red light. Your affiant activated the emergency lights and conducted a vehicle stop on the unit block of North Main Street. Your affiant approached the operator and requested his license and vehicle information.
On 07/01/17, at 3:21pm, I Deputy Warden N. Christian was dispatched to Kids Kingdom Childcare and Learning Center (970 Oakland Park Ave), on a dog at large, no known owner. I arrived at the location and met with complainant Latanya Cox and victim Jamaal Cox Jr. Ms. Cox stated that she sent her grandson outside to retrieve something from her vehicle. When her grandson returned, he stated that a brown and white pit bull was outside growled and approached him. He was able to get inside before the pit bull caused any harm. Ms. Cox escorted me outside where she point out a white house just behind the childcare center.
On 11-14-2015 at about 2106 hours I was dispatched to a domestic violence report at the Emerald Point Condos at 31900 104th AVE SE; H102, Auburn/King/Wa. Enroute dispatch advised the reporting party/victim, Lizbeth Nunez Santana was calling to report that she was assaulted by her husband. The incident occurred about two hours prior and the husband was no longer at the residence. I arrived at the address and contacted Lizbeth and her cousin, Maribel Chavez. Throughout my conversation with Lizbeth it was clear that she was very upset, she had to stop speaking several times as she was crying and upset with the situation.
