On 07/15/2017, members of the Little Rock Police Department Downtown Division arrested Zachary Hicks, W/M, DOB: 10/07/1986, at 6100 Mitchell Drive, Little Rock, Arkansas. Mr. Hicks was charged with Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Loitering. Mr. Hicks was transported to the Pulaski County Regional Detention Facility and held in lieu of bond. Mr. Hicks was assigned Street Narcotics Suspect #2017-SN-459, in reference to this incident. Little Rock Police Department Incident #2017-086001 was generated in relation to this incident.
On April 15, 2017 at approximately 1127 hours, I responded to Chic-Fil-A located at 80 Oxford Road in reference to a suspicious person. Upon arrival I observed a black male with no shirt on, carrying a backpack at the neighboring convenience store. I made contact with the subject and his girlfriend who identified themselves by name and D.O.B. as David C. Bishop 01/29/1997 and Jennifer L. Buchanan 03/04/1975. I immediately observed Bishop’s left hand was covered in blood at which time I asked him how he hurt his hand.
He heard a neighbor ask what happened and someone said the boy driving had stolen the car and was being chased by the police. When he came around the corner he lost control of the car and hit the telephone pole. The driver was dead; it was Razor, who was a boy from Sampson’s karate class that stopped taking classes to work for a neighborhood drug
Max Stevenson Francois, who is 28 years-old, was recently arrested for leaving the scene of the accident. He is currently being held in jail, and his bond is $75,000. Max hit 15 year-old Jailah Cross when she was crossing the street on Northwest 15th Avenue. Jailah 's 14 year-old brother witnessed his sister get hit by the car and told his mother. Jailah 's brother and mother witnessed the paramedics attempting to revive her.
• Per NYPD arrest report, MOS Harris and Denizard were responding to a 911 for robbery and when they arrived complaining witness identified P as one of the perpetrator. MOS Harris and Denizard identified themselves as officer and P took off running. MOS Harris and Denizard chased P and engaged in a struggle. P punched MOS Denizard causing MOS Denizard to fall to the ground and injury his knee. MOS Denizard was unable to walk on his knee.
In the case of State v. Barrett (1996), a drug detection team was brought in to conduct a random drug search of the high school on May 3, 1995 in St. Tammany Parish. Six classes were chosen by the principal, who had mentioned some of the selected classes were known to have some of the "problem" students, including the 18 year-old defendant. During the third classroom search, the defendant 's classroom, students were asked to empty their pockets and leave the room. The dogs were brought in and one of the dog 's alerted a smell on the defendant 's wallet. After the principal searched the wallet and found $400 in cash, he placed it in a different location, which the dog alerted on once again.
On October 3, 1974, Memphis police officers Leslie Wright and Elton Hymon were called to a burglary. Officer Hymon went to the back of the house and saw someone running away. That person running away was 15 year old Edward Garner. Garner approached a chain link fence. He stopped.
Per Reporter: Jackson is running up and down the stair looking for his father (unknown). Jackson is beating on the neighbor door and asking "have you seen my daddy?" Jackson 's father does not live in the state of Mississippi. Jackson 's mother (Jilian) is on crystal meth and any others types of drugs she can get. Jilian does drugs in the home.
Office Hymon and Wright of the Memphis Police Department on October 3, 1974 responded to a call about a burglary in progress. When Hymon and Wright arrived at the address there was a woman standing in the doorway and told the officers that she had heard the sound of glass breaking next door and as she said finished her words Office Hymon went around the side of the house. When Hymon reached the backyard, he was a person run from the backside of the house. When Hymon reached the backyard he found a person crouched down next to the fence at the back of the yard. Hymon identified himself as a police officer and ordered the man to stop.
On Monday 06/27/16 at 2148 hours I was dispatched for an assault at Cedar Ridge Apartments located at 30819 124th Ave SE in the City of Auburn, King Co, WA. Dispatch advised the reporting person, Amber Archer, stated a male was hitting children with a cane. When I arrived I observed several people in a group speaking with Officer T. Minkler. Officer Minkler pointed to a male, a stated he was a possible witness and father to one of the victims. I contacted the male who verbally identified himself as Andrew Hansen.
On 06/14/2017 around 1750 hours, I, Officer Burkes, responded to a report of a suspicious person knocking on a door at 1504 Homestead Blvd. The caller stated that a white male was bleeding all over her door and asking her to call 911. When I arrived on scene, I noticed a white male, later identified as Alex Schesny, sitting between the screen door and steele door. I asked Alex to get up and walk out to the back of my patrol car. Once on the back of my car, I retrieved my gloves out of the front seat.
This made everyone open their eyes to police brutality and whether it’s real or not. But way before Mike Brown got killed and even afterwards there were still police incidents happening. On February 17th after the cops were issued to always have their dash cams on, an incident happened with a eighteen year old teenager named Cortez Bufford. He was pulled over for his car looking like a car that was at a scene of a shooting. When asked to exit the vehicle, he was forced out instead and pulled to the ground.
P alleges that MOS searched him on the street then he was taken to Mel’s apartment. Defendant MOS Peinan states that he was executing a search warrant at the location which obtain after confidential informant buys and P was the subject of the search warrant. MOS Peinan states that he observed people about to exit the apartment then MOS entered the apartment. Defendant MOS Peinan stated that P was part of the group arrested. Criminal charges were, later, dismissed Third incident (10/10/2008) – P alleges that he was outside when MOS approached with guns drawn and ordered into a van.
In re D.R., 2014-Ohio-832 Court That Heard The Case: Court of Appeals of Ohio, Eighth Appellate District, Cuyahoga County Facts of the Case: On February 23, 2013, at approximately 11 p.m., D.R. broke into the home of Mr. Ted Ziolkowski carrying a loaded gun. The juvenile gained entry into the home by prying open the rear door with a pry bar and a screwdriver. Home alone, Ziolkowski heard someone at his back door and the sound of wood falling hitting the ground. As Ziolkowski eased towards the door to see what was going on the door flew open.
He goes to Best Buy and saw her body in her own car in the trunk already dead with her blue lips. After, they leave Hae’s car at a park and ride and drive around Baltimore. Then they go back to school because Adnan had track practice to attend and needed to be seen there. After practice jay picks up Adnan again, they drive around and That’s when the call comes in from the police and then they proceeded to go get Hae’s car. They drive around more and finally end up at Lincoln park and bury her body around 7;00-8;00 PM.
