We are distrusting about the NFL and how a punt has velocity when the ball is flying in the air. they are talking about there is two away of velocity. they are going up and to the side, it 's going to. Then when it gets to the top the gravity is equal and stays the same. when it gets to the top the velocity gets smaller and smaller. Then it changes when it starts going down. Then when going down the velocity changes and does something different. my conclusion is when the ball is going up there is two ways of velocity. Then when it gets to the top it turn equals, after that when it is going down it changes the way of velocity when it was going
I am doing a debate on whether or not football punters deserve more credit than they get. I think the punters definitely deserve more credit they are always overlooked and they do the same amount of practice as the rest of the football team. i think that punters are overlooked in football because they just play when they punt and to score a field goal. what most people don 't consider is that they practice with everybody else they are also on the field as much as some of the players.

Everyone in the country waiting to see what kind of show the two top rated running backs had in store for them in this years super bowl. Geniuses are rare; elites, small in number, possessing the remarkable ability to make the impossible seem possible; and we the people of the United States of America entertain this absurd idea—what a genius can accomplish with ease, we can accomplish with difficulty. However, most of us settle for the lesser roles of spectator and commentator, gratefully leaving the real work to the professionals. To understand the incredible skill set of geniuses, one must look at both what they have done, but also what their counterparts have failed to do. The NFL, the National Football League, holds in its domain an array of seemingly naturally gifted geniuses; nonetheless, the name at the top of the list, engraved in green and gold—Aaron Rodgers, quarterback
This move was an attempt to increase touchbacks by giving players more yards for not returning the ball. Most defenders of this rule change say that “The kickoff is the most dangerous part of the game.” like Bleacher Report’s Shane Darrow. I do agree that the kickoff is the most dangerous part of football. More injuries occur on that play than any other, and just from watching anyone could understand the risks of the kickoff.
Concussions which is a blow to the head causing brain trauma that can last several weeks and other injuries that has just as high risks like a concussion. September 26, 1928, a football league was created for professional football players called the NFL. The start of the league has always been at high probability for its injuries. In order to continue to play the game that countless people fell in love with, the NFL has to take serious safety precautions such as helmets and pads. NFL's necessity rules, such as unnecessary kids being penalized, are being utilized to reduce life alternate injuries and provide a better experience for the players and the fans.
There are many positions in football and each one of them are very important to the team but one of the most important positions is the quarter back. The quarter back is the one who gets a hold of the ball at the snap. The Quarter back has to not only worry about where to throw the ball or to run the ball within in seconds but also has to make plays that the teams run well against other teams. The quarter back also gets all the blame on any bad play made just because their the most important, which puts a lot of pressure on the quarterback because they don 't ever want to make mistakes. This is why I believe that the quarterback has one of the most important part on a football
If American Football is an art, then its athletes paint with blood. This should surprise no one; the gridiron plays host to modernity’s most violent sport. In this unforgiving environment, it is all to common for former stars to flare out with career-ending injuries. As I kicked off my research on the National Football League (NFL), I intended to report on these injuries. With a premise on my mind and a paper in my sights, I headed to JumboSearch to begin my investigation.
When the ball hits the ground its kinetic energy is turned into elastic energy this makes the ball flatten out. Then that elastic energy is converted right back into kinetic energy when it goes up. So the more kinetic energy a ball gets when it is dropped the more energy it will have when it hits the ground which will give it more energy when it is headed back up therefore making it bounce higher.

My project is about how temperature and air pressure affect the distance a football can be thrown. When the air is warmer the molecules move faster and spread apart, therefore making the air pressure lower and making the ball lighter. But when the air is cooler the molecules move slower and move closer together, making the air pressure higher making the ball
The birth date of football is thought to be November of 1869. Initially, football was comprised of two games: running and kicking. The two games merged together and the ball began to slightly stretch out in order to accommodate more types of uses. Also, in the early games of football, there were 20 players on the field from each team and therefore it was more closely related to rugby. Currently, all footballs used by the NFL are made by Wilson.
The Eighty Yard Run by Irwin Shaw is about two main characters, Christian Darling who it a college running back who plays at Midwestern University and his girlfriend Louise Tucker, who also goes to the same college. This short story starts with a description of a run that was made during a practice but he is recreating it in his mind to make it seem like it was in a game. He is recreating the entire play 15 years later while sitting on the same practice field that it had originally happened. In this story Christian wants to go back to time where everything was a simple as just playing football, being with his girlfriend, and going to school. Irwin Shaw seems to portray that you should not but all your eggs into one basket like Christian does with football.
The introduction of the piece is the same as that of “The Raiders March”, but with strings playing in the background. The A melody begins with the trumpet as the strings fade out (0:07). The first minute and a half of the song is played the same as that of “The Raiders March”, though due to differing sound equalization, some parts stick out more or less than they do in the original. For example, in the third repetition of the A melody, one can more clearly hear the xylophone accompanying the melody here than in “The Raiders March”. The piece begins to differ more significantly after the break following the third repetition of the A melody when the piece modulates down a half step instead of up like in the original (1:37).
