There were several public transportation options in Venice in close proximity to many of the grocery shopping and dining options. The Metro Route 3 and Big Blue Bus Route 3 both run along Lincoln Blvd. and directly pass the Whole Foods, Smart & Final and Ralphs. The Metro Routes 33 and 733 run along Venice Blvd. where we noted both the high end Erewhon Market near Abbot Kinney Blvd. as well as the two convenience stores, Garcia’s Market and Queen’s Market, toward the East boundary of the Venice neighborhood. The Big Blue Bus Route 1 has stops along Main St. which would provide access to many upscale eateries but none of the supermarkets.
