Violator Vehicle Observation
While on patrol I observed a white Nissan Altima with an expired tag traveling north on Brundidge Street. I performed a traffic stop on the violator vehicle. I exit my patrol vehicle and approached the driver of the vehicle. I identified the driver as Kayla Marie Motes. I then asked the passenger if he would voluntarily give me his name. The passenger stated that his name was Bryant Taylor and his birthday was 6-7-1993.Taylor also stated that he didn’t know his social by heart. I ran both subjects through dispatch and they advised that Taylor name didn’t come back through RMS nor NCIC. Myself and Officer Johnson then reapproached the vehicle and Taylor gave Johnson the first letter of his initial, which was "C" and that he was from Michigan.
