Some say that there is progress and development and some say there is deterioration and decline in the world. Both the views are correct from their respective perspective. But there is no denying the fact that violence, complications, diseases, anxiety, intolerance, hatred, inequality and dissatisfaction has increased in spite of advancements in fields of technology, communication, health sciences and commerce. Man’s ruthless urges against man, nature and other living beings have brought the universe to the threshold of ruin. Philosophies, rituals, racism, orthodoxy and extremism have come to be mistaken as religion and the people have gone a long way towards committing spiritual hara-kiri. The world is facing a horrendous situation. There is unrest in every corner of the world. The crime rate has amplified many-fold because of ever growing greediness, self-centeredness, narrow-mindedness etc. In fact terrorism is becoming very common.
