Create. Nurture. Realize
Our vision is to create a memorable architectural encounter through extraordinary visual and spatial impact on human senses. Our aim to create experiences rather than just spaces as we see integration of sensory perception as a function of the built form.

Architecture
Architecture is the core discipline of our practice. Our philosophy (vision) defines the rationale by which we produce solutions to definitive (design) problems. We strive to create architecture that inspires, influences and engages through manipulation of space, materials, light and shadow; all this while trying to achieve an equilibrium between aesthetics, function and economics.
Our diverse design team enables Square One to produce traditional design as well as modern contemporary design with equal ease. Our professional approach and experience ensures active participation of all stakeholders at all stages of design development, namely Pre-concept, Concept Design, Schematic Design, Detail Design and Tender Design. An extensive knowledge of Authority Requirements, Regulations, industry benchmarks and current best practices means an efficient design process, which optimizes viability of the project.
To further augment the design process, state of the art presentation and design exploration tools are used to create high quality visuals and walk-throughs, giving the stakeholders a clear idea of final design outcome.

Captivating and functional designs, full integration of all engineering disciplines, use of superior finishes and certified materials, strict methodology to ensure construction costs and time are at the core of our design services.
Construction Supervision and Project Management
Construction Supervision and Project Management form a significant component of our services to ensure that the outcome of any project is reflective of the collective vision of all the stakeholders.
We offer comprehensive services in Construction Supervision and Contract Administration together with thorough site inspections at every stage of the project right through the defects liability period. Our highly qualified and technically sound Project Management and Construction Team is capable of driving each project from concept to handover. Proficiency in current construction practices and systems enables us to guide the project to successful completion within time and budget constraints and to required quality
Displaced from their homeland, many of the old traditions and practices of Hmong refugees are re-established in their new abodes in Washington Park. They reproduce their home in alien buildings built by 20th Century German Americans. Duplexes, four-squares, and Victorian cottages become stage sets where daily life and practices of Hmong families unfold, where memories and practices from the past are enacted and remembered. Buildings are cultural products—the interior layout of rooms, the relationship between various interior spaces, the visual and architectural character reflect the cultural values of those who built these structures. Doors, walls, entrances act as boundaries between various social domains— public, private, male, female, nature, culture, leisure, and recreation.
Comparison between the Trinity Church and the Massachusetts State House Architecture refers to the process of planning, designing and construction of various structures such as building. The works of architecture can be seen as the cultural symbols as well as art-works. There are many historic civilizations and are mostly identified with the ability to survive the architectural achievements. History of Architecture Architecture has been in existence for a long period of time. Through the history of architecture, one is able to trace the changes that have occurred in architecture (Dowing 2012).
Fred Victor values accountability among people, and in this light, the agency is accountable to its shareholders, especially those that subscribe to its services. Building control is an important aspect to consider whilst in the construction process; if the approved inspectors and the CIOB do not inspect the work being done then the workers will not know if they are doing something wrong. The reason in which building control is important is that the inspectors can make sure that everyone is complying with building control. The regulations that are implemented exist to ensure the health and safety in and around all types of buildings they also provide for energy conservation and access to and use of buildings. The building regulations contain various sections dealing with definitions, procedures and what is expected in terms of the technical performance of building work.

I have found myself to be rooted deep down with my christian ministry group Chi Alpha. We are a group of students that seeks to make relationships within our religion of christianity in order to form a loving community for myself and many others to be a part of. Recently, I have found myself to be useful when it comes to running the soundboard at our worship and collaboration nights where I come in early in order to set up chords and mix the worship band as they practice. This has been an excellent experience as I have been able to keep up my love for music as the same time of attending university. My active participation to this after class activity has developed who I am as a person.
Planning and designing are the figurative part of the construction process. Taking thoughts and ideas and drawing them out on paper in order to maximize the beauty that nature intended are all the first part of the process. Understanding what plants and flowers would naturally grow in a specific habitat, that they would not only flourish but also add a certain degree of beauty is very important.

Utilizing that knowledge in architectural and urban design can guide architecture towards a more humane experience.
• Gain maximum understanding from tools & prototypes etc. • Make frequent Prototypes & reduce the time taken for development Process. • Early involvement of the suppliers at design process. Strategic Recommendations • Company can use the Benchmarking Technique. • Company can work on to decrease the Lead time at Development Process.
These sensory signals have a large impact on our relationship and experience of an environment because they are able to physically and emotionally engage and connect us to the architecture. Although these types of sensorial qualities may not make or break the successfulness of architecture, they must remain of high importance because of their ability to reinforce an individual’s personal connection to a place. Juhani Pallasmaa, claims that our design culture has forgotten the importance of the senses in engaging our whole being- physical and emotional- in an architectural experience. This theory speaks to an experience that goes beyond a visual relationship between a person and architecture.
The Architect working on a project is not only responsible for the design but is also expected to work as a link between different parties in involved in the process, most importantly the client and others for successful outcomes and to achieve client’s satisfaction in a project. With so many factors affecting the process, Architects find it difficult to explain the nature of their professional activities and their deliverables for successful project (Bali, 2009). Also, success can be viewed in different ways whereby what one perceives as a successful project outcome may be viewed quite differently by the next. A client’s judgement of a success may often be different to the architect.
