Sales Department of Vu Hung Trading Company Limited includes 15 members. The Sales Manager is Ms. Pham Thi Mong Thuong, she is the person who manages all activities. And in this department, there are 3 division included: Marketing & Sales; Customer Service; Planning, Supplies and Moderation. Firstly, the Marketing & Sales Division consists of one Sales Excutive and 6 salesmen. Secondly, the Customer Service Division has two Customer Service Officer and one Sample Designer. Lastly, the Planning, Supplies and Moderation Division includes one Production Planning & Moderation Staff, one Procurement Officer and two Deliverer. 3.2. Sales and debt management Sales Department has duties to develop annual business plans to submit to the Board of Directors for approval so that the company can prepare for finance, resources and production plans accordingly. Secondly, they receive and process customer’s orders, assess the purchasing power and solvency of customers before making a decision to receive orders. Along with that, they negotiate with customers about the prices, types of goods, delivery terms, terms of payment… and draft economic contracts. Then, he will transfer it to Manufacturing Factory for implementation. After that, he monitors the implementation of production plan, urge and make reports on the implementation of production schedule. He also has to deal with unscheduled orders sometimes and has to timely inform Manufacturing Factory of changes related to customer requirements for the products throughout the production process. Besides, his duties are summarizing the implementation of the business plan every month, quarter and year to submit to the Board of Directors and proposing necessary suggestions to timely adjust the plan and achieve the company’s goal.
