The times of which one goes to bed and wakes up may seem very trivial, as they may seem to simply be at the hands of one’s circadian rhythm. However, being an early riser or a late sleeper, known as a chronotype, can determine much of one’s skills and personality. Many studies have shown the most common attributes associated with these behaviours, with a few being turned into fully developed conclusions. Discoveries have shown that this habit is predisposed to humans within their DNA. This means that is more than just a mere habit, as this is making it grounded in genetic backgrounds. Being a morning or a night person shapes one’s personality drastically, and each is quite different. This is seen within work habits, health, and stamina. Each point has many nuances that go for or against a certain chronotype, which levels the field quite a bit. Good work habits are certainly present in cases of both chronotypes.
