Walt Disney begun his great project as a simple boy of farms who loved to draw cartoon drawings of his neighbor's horses as an interest and for enjoying his free times. When he grew up, he wanted to have a job which is a cartoonist of newspaper, but he could not find one, so he started his business firstly by working in a studio of arts to make advertisements for newspapers and magazines. Finally he started working on commercial ads, and animation became an interest of him, then finally established his own animation company which is The Walt Disney Company.
