I have worked so hard in school waiting for a moment like this. UNCW would be a great challenge for me, but it would also help me out immensely. UNCW has a excellent education program and that is exactly the field of study I aim to go into. I spent approximately half of my sophomore year at the early college tutoring at Dobson Elementary. I cherished every second helping my fifth grade class.

I have a 2.65 GPA currently before I transferred to SGU I had a 3.0 GPA. I believe moving off campus will help me promote the mission because it will help me focus on what matters the most to me which is my academics, communal, and spiritual growth as a Christian. Before I came to SGU I had great grades, doing things for the community, and being able to be with my local church. I wasn't living on campus while at my last school so I could focus more on my school and God. I will explain why this is important to me and for my life to live off campus.
Preparing for these things doesn’t have to happen all at once, or after graduation. Volunteering and working in clinics in highschool, as well as interning in college helps tremendously with knowing what to expect when finally joining the workforce. A career in veterinary medicine isn’t achieved in a short amount of time, and finding a good college to spend a minimum of 8 years isn’t a decision to be taken lightly. Oklahoma State University (OSU.) is a 4 year university and veterinary college in Stillwater, Oklahoma. In-state tuition is $8,321 and cost of attendance is around $21,921.
