Water Jet Machine

Abstract- This paper presents a relaxation concept and design of a water jet massage machine. This design is concerned about back pain relief using water jets. Two water nozzles are used for giving pulsating water jets on the lower back portion of human body. Water nozzles travel from neck to lower back and when reached lower back gives a pulsating water jet for 15 second and back to the neck and cycle continue till the patient satisfied. Patient is laid down on a hanging bed which contains a waterproof barrier and patient need not to unclothe.

These various parts include muscle the movement of the respective organs flexible. In our daily life, we need our muscles to move in each and every work, and consequently our body has to take physical stresses including various types of muscular pain.

Especially, person who use to work in heavy industries for long period have to suffer from excessive physical stresses. As a result, their physical efficiency continues to decrease day by day. Obviously, this leads to one of the major disadvantages to the industries as their physical fitness must be maintained for continuing their service.

In order to minimize these troubles regarding muscular stresses as well as physical inefficiencies this system is done. This system represent design and fabrication of a water jet massage machine that is able to provide comfort and relaxation to human body, and also to increase workability. In this system body massage is given by using water jets without human touch. There is no need to removal of cloth and no chance to get wet.

This system consists of wooden platform upon which a belt and pulley mechanism is mounted. Flat belt is connected with two pulleys. Wooden pulley is used for drive the flat belt. One pulley is attached to the motor shaft and another pulley is attached to the bearing shaft. Nozzle having inlet diameter ¾ inches and outlet diameter ¼ inches which is made of plastic are used and mounted on the belt. A solenoid valve attached to the nozzle .Solenoid valve is operated using relay with arduino.This system also comprise of a water flow sensor which used to investigate the flow rate of water. Value of flow rate are obtained from lcd display which also connect with arduino.The value of flow rate are changed by regulating gate valve. Twelve volt DC gear motor are used to drive the pulley which is operated by using relay motor driver circuit connected with arduino.A bed is placed above this wooden base platform which consist of metallic frame of rectangular shape and a water proof cloth are connected with this metallic frame upon which a person gain access and reclining on this bed with face up.Figure2.2.1 shows wooden base platform upon which belt and nozzle
