Every single child of God is born with a variety of unique traits that help them become the person they remain today. As for Jeremiah, a 14 year old boy born in Mississauga, Ontario, has tons of features that exemplify his remarkable personality. Some of them include being adventurous, reliable, and compassionate. These traits are shown in his everyday life. Everyone has a desire for trying new things, especially Jeremiah. Jeremiah possesses a burning need to discover life by exploring different places, meeting new people and even taking risks. He’s always eager to trying new things, especially at school, like trying out for sport teams or joining clubs. Jeremiah is never scared when making these brave decisions, he demonstrates a lot of

Everyone Jeremiah relates to has a certain language and tone that they speak and act with, and Jeremiah often tends to “switch” to connect with each person or group. What are some characteristics that you would use to describe a good man? Few that I would use are: patient, wise, honest, God-fearing, humble, and prayerful. Jeremiah Land has all of these characteristics and more, he can also perform miracles. In peace like a river, Jeremiah's son: Davy Land is on the run for the killing of two boys.

As Cole navigates his way through these hardships he learns to develop empathy, deal with overwhelming emotions, and appreciate nature.
In my opinion I believe that Joshua Phillips’ life was dictated and shaped by his childhood upbringing. I believe this because violent homes greatly affect children’s mental health and the way they grow up. Children only reflect what adults decide to show them, so living in a house with a violent parent and experiencing domestic abuse is bound to result in some kind of changed behavior. Joshua Earl Patrick Phillips was born on March 17, 1984 in Allentown, Pennsylvania to Steve and Melissa Phillips.
Throughout the book Knowles teaches the reader each of the boy’s has their struggles but, each boy also has their own unique strengths. For example, when Finny came to get Gene to go and watch Leper finally jump out of the tree and Gene could not go and watch that because he had to study
Despite his early academic struggles, by the time the third grade school year ended school Alton had made tremendous progress. Medina recalled Alton has “an average kid in school and stated, he wasn’t a scholar, but he did his work and he liked going to school.” Complimentary comments from his teachers about his hard work and improved effort are reflective of the satisfactory grades he then began to receive. In contrast, the progress notes also foreshadowed an area of Alton’s that he still continues to struggle with. Concern surrounding his socialization skills, his teachers highlighted an area that he needed to improve on.

First, let me talk about the miracles in the book. The miracles that are performed mainly by Jeremiah, are a big part of the book. As I was reading, I was noticing that all of the miracles had some act of courage involving it. Right at the beginning of the book the author starts off with an act of courage. Reuben, the main character
The protagonist in this story is Jim Hawkins, who is twelve or thirteen years old. On the beginning, he lives with his parents in a inn. He can be very courageous, like when he was gone back to the ship, when they were in Treasure Island. [quote: chapter 27, Pieces of Eight, page 250]: “I went below and did what I could for my wound; it pained me a good deal and still bled freely, but it was neither deep nor dangerous, nor did it greatly gall me when I used my arm. Then I looked around me, and as the ship was now, in a sense, my own, I began to think of clearing it from its last passenger—the dead man, O’Brien.
Everybody has someone in his or her life who teaches him or her how to be a better person. Throughout the novel, The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn, Mark Twain uses Jim, a slave, as a source of symbolism for Huck’s maturity. First, Jim teaches Huck about what it truly means to be civilized. Next, Jim shows Huck about the value of family. Lastly, Jim teaches Huck about racial inequality and how to accept people.
Jim’s emptiness and maturity prevails over his dangerous
