Academic Performance is the outcome of education. It is the level of educational goals a person has achieved. To pursuing of academic performance satisfies an amount of purposes. Students have spots of failure and achievement in their academic career and this has to be assessed in order to promote improvement and make use of educational development. In educational institutions, success is measured by academic performance. Students encounters a lot of pressures and challenges in the academic environment as they pursue to keep up the best performance or even to continue in the academic program. Good academic leads to offer more career choices and job security. Students vary in their performance levels. They receive and process information differently. Students have differences in their personality behaviours and the way how they understand things. It is often argued that different personality traits are needed for people to be prosperous in their career. Variables that foretell the patterns of student’s personality types and their connection to academic performance were frequently searched by educators, researchers and psychologists. Personality has been recognized as a determining factor on how people learn (Lawrence, 1997; Myer et al, 1998).
