What does Wellness mean to you?
To me wellness means many different things. In some aspects of life, I think wellness means doing what makes you as a person happy, such as finding the career path that you find fulfilling. For me wellness means many things, being a good father to my children, a good husband to my wife, and being the best I can possibly professionally, and personally. Being a personal trainer I get to help people reach their fitness goals, whatever they may be.
Being a good father and husband to me means being a good role model to my two children, and a good provider for my wife. I my role as a father means I am responsible for showing my son what it means to be a good man, standing up for himself when needed and being a man
If an athlete every gets injured then as a physical therapist will assist them and rehabilitate them back to normal. Knowing that I can help an athlete get back on their feet and continue their sport is a great feeling. Helping others in general. Furthermore, when I am motivated to work out, I enjoy running outside. I view the gym as a very reliable place to work out, but I also believe gym’s are boring and provide a disadvantage for athlete because the athletes do not become accustomed to the heat or the cold. I believe lifting weights can be an important activity in sports that are more physical, but I personally find lifting weights extremely boring. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), mental health includes "subjective well-being, perceived self-efficacy, autonomy, competence, inter-generational dependence, and self-actualization of one 's intellectual and emotional potential, among others”

Training regularly provided me with a sense of refreshment and satisfaction of covering my daily goals. Exercising has had a positive effect on my mental health as it deviated my focus away from stress and moved towards improving my lifestyle, this allowed me to prioritize my work according and finish them on time. Physically, training has helped me transform in aspects of my increase in height and decrease in weight. It has also allowed my immune system to build stronger and train my cardiovascular system to pump blood at higher rates to have higher stamina levels. Training everyday has allowed me to participate in various soccer tournaments in high school which increased my motivation to work harder and reach higher rankings.

Holistic health thinks that health is maintained or reduced by the decision you make every day in all areas of your life and this could: emotional, mental, physical, or spiritual and these four functions help us go through the day and keep us going. Wellness is described as the accomplishment of success in these four areas or more. This is the reason why holistic health is not like allopathic health which focuses on the physical disease. Physical health under holistic approach looks at how a person’s response to disease, it is essential for individual to keep health by eating well, sleep well, having a good hygiene and considers if a person is active, they do not get unwell regularly, has physical strength and, they have a lot of energy.
