Throughout the history of the United States, there were always problems that seemed to be unsolvable at that point, but America fought to overcome those dilemmas and as we can see today its independent, rules by the highest and the most powerful source of law- Constitution, there is no slavery, segregation, and women gained their rights. There is no country that is ideal, each country has its flaws and America is not exception, but is willing to act on it and modify itself. One of the biggest problems that citizens are faced with is income inequality that highly increased over years. It is putting the same energy and time but receiving different amount of money for the same type of job, this unfairness teaches peoples how to survive by using …show more content…

Karl Marx who was an economist, during 19th century established an idea between wealthy and rich. According to “Three Great Economists”, Karl Marx believes that “the class struggle itself, expressed as the contest over wages and profits, would be the main force for changing capitalism and eventually undoing it” (33). Here Marx shows that there will always be difference between classes in capitalism and the only technique can be use to change this concept is to ruin a capitalism. This shows that income inequality is something we cannot fight with in capitalism, because no matter what we do we always will have this problem. People will always want more, and some will achieve it and other won’t. Income inequality comes from competitions between companies once that are flourishing and able to pay its workers higher salaries than others. People are working because they need money and many people are not choosing profession they are very inspired by or have great skills for, but rather the job that is bringing more money. Marx would not agree with this idea, he wanted people to use their skills to help community to expand and each person to have an impact on …show more content…

Of course as time goes on new problem arise, and today this problem is income inequality. People are desperate, hoping for the best future, but don’t know where to get help from. It became widely known that rich people becoming richer and poor become poorer. We don’t have a balance between low and high, middle class dissolves in the crowd and this will exist until we have a capitalism
