In today’s business environment, organizations are turning to project management to stay ahead of the competition and hectic global economy to deliver projects that will sustain existence of the organization (PMI, 2010:2).In attempts to secure their own existence and more importantly to improve their competitiveness strategic projects must be developed and implemented in the organization. Project Managers of complex or any large and small projects must make use of available techniques to deal with project risks and if they are used effectively project managers will be able to identify and manage potential risk/problems. Projects are unique and have different objectives from previous projects implemented, some may have very limited time to be implemented with less resources or not enough budget. Any projects involves level of risk. In IT projects risks can be technical or functional. Questions to be included in the questionnaires will include the following questions
• Do they see current project manages doing a good job?
• Do project managers have right skills to lead the project?
3.6.3 Participant Observation Recordings

According to Ammon () participant observation recording is data collection technique that is done in the qualitative research paradigm it aims to gain knowledge on group of people on how they do things through involvement with them.
Researcher will spend time to project team members to gain knowledge on how they work or carry out their duties during project implementation.
