Each year, Americans spend a lot of money on candy, just to please others that come knocking at their door. According to The Atlantic, “Americans will spend an estimated $2 billion on candy during the Halloween season this year.” This shows how much that Americans spend on candy during the Halloween season. Americans spend money on large quantities of candy for small prices. But, luckily for the candy companies, it all adds up.
