“Better to die fighting for freedom then be a prisoner all the days of your life.” (Bob Marley). The Russians were being abused by their government. France was in an absolute monarchy, with corrupt leadership, and unfair land distribution. Cuba was corrupt there were many people on the streets, and with no food. These are reasons why they would rebel. There are all reasons to revolt.
The Sgot sick of their government, and being abused by them too. The average person in Russia was treated like they were property. They were being taxed almost 15% which is double Illinois. There were 3 different kinds of groups the clergy, nobility, and lowest of them commoner. Then there was the king sent down from the “heavens” or so he thought. France was in debt because they funded 2 different wars the American and 7 year war. From this France was in debt, so the king taxed the commoners. The commoners were hungry and had no food, and the nobility did not have to pay.Then there was the thought of enlightenment, and people heard what happened in America. This was inspiration for them and they thought maybe we don't need a king. To begin the revolution they storm the bastille, for weapons mostly. Successful the French went off and killed the king with there guillotine. No leader caused chaos and habbick everyone in France. Napoleon Bonaparte came in from being general in the war and took over. He led them at the end to victory. Now France is organized again, but Napoleon has named himself Emperor. But Bonaparte was a total dictator, and the people of France forced him out. When Bonaparte was Emperor there were about one million casualties because of all his wars. In the history of France, the First Republic, officially the French Republic, was founded on 22 September 1792 during the French Revolution. They came up with their “tennis court oath” which later became there declaration. The First Republic lasted until the declaration of the First Empire in 1804 under
