Who Is Jeffrey Dahmer A Serial Killer

The “Milwaukee” serial killer aka Jeffrey Lionel Dahmer was born on May 21, 1960 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. His parents were Joyce Dahmer and Lionel Dahmer. Lionel Dahmer received a doctorate in analytical chemistry in 1966 which meant that he did not have much time to pay attention to Jeffrey. Not only were they both controlling and strong but Joyce was a neurotic. Their marriage was rocky as the years went on which meant that it became a habit for Jeffrey to see and hear his parents argue.
