Guilty or not we see multiple people at the CSI: Crime Scene Investigation in the “Ending Happy.” Lorenzo ‘Happy’ Morales, the victim, was a middleweight boxer who had rough times and now fallen all the way down ending up at Binky’s Sugar Cane Ranch. Where there were multiple conditions contributing but not related to the immediate cause of the dead of Morales, some including contusion, BFT-crowbar, trachea punctures, crossbow, anaphylaxis, shellfish, urethra – P.O.E. and genitals distended. Yet not the cause of Morales death, there are still people to prosecute for the attempting murder. As the evidence reveals that Connor Foster and Dreama are found equally guilty for attempting murder and that my clients; Doris and George Babinkian are not …show more content…
Connor Foster being the bartender at Binky’s Sugar Cane Ranch and loving the girls so much, especially Dreama is forced to protect the girls using lethal force if possible and its found guilty for helping and trying to attempt murder on Lorenzo Morales. As they found evidence of fingerprints in the crossbow and gotten a confession from Connor Foster stating that it was “self-defense” trying to protect the girls. But as Agent Brass interrogates all the girls he found out that the hookers hate Morales because he didn’t pay and didn’t respect them. So knowing this, it brings them to Connor Foster protecting Dreama. After realizing this Agent Brass tells Dreama that Connor gave her up as the mastermind, confessing everything and coyly smiling, told Jim Brass that she knew he was lying because Connor was so in love with her, he would never turn on her. But right after every confession Dr. Al Robbins, the medical examiner found out that the certain attempt didn’t murder Healthy. But without any success Connor and Dreama are still found guilty since the offender took some action towards killing another person and the offender’s act was intended to kill a person. Considering this a first-degree attempted murder because Connor intentionally tried killing Morales when he shot Morales with a crossbow. When Dreama came with the “rounds” where she hits Morales in the face with a crowbar and poisoned or helps poison Morales by injecting venom in his legs; hiding evidence by making it seem like if a snake bit him. Connor and Dreama are absolutely guilty for their actions because their actions were
Texas v. Torres This case is different than most of our other cases involving the death penalty. Here we have two men who have been sentenced to death (Torres, who held the victim down & Dempsey, who pulled the trigger). Torres spent this tragic night with two friends, Rogelio Hernandez and Stuart Dempsey. The record shows that Torres and friends had been drinking and using methamphetamines.
February 23, 1983 a man walked into a house with no good intention but to burglarize it. Home during all this was Jeanine Nicarico who was home alone resting because she had the flu. She was taken from her home and raped two days later she was found dead. Jeanine was only 10 years old. The only clue left at the crime scene was a boot print.
Guilt can either be determined by factual guilt or legal
It is the prosecutor who has all the resources to investigate the case. It is not the job of the defendant to go out and investigate the matter. We would ask you to render the only verdict that is fair, not
Dear Jury Members:Mr.Bennett should not be found not guilty of murder because reasonable doubt is found. Although the prosecution thinks that Mr.Bennet is guilty for murder, they are wrong because since Mr.Alfario is an exterminator he had access to the poison that killed Mr.Adams, Mrs.Reid thought that when Mr.Adams died that she would inherit all his wealth, and the reason Mr. Bennett had poison on his hands because he had touched the puddle of coffee while checking Mr.Adams pulse on accident. To begin, Mr Bennett is not guilty because Mr Alfario had access to the poison, the same poison that killed Mr.adams. The police found out that Mr.Adams had died from rat poisoning and a coffee cup was found by Mr.Adams’s dead body, the cup contained rat poison.
Many people are charged for acts they believe were innocent , but others can plead guilty for all the wrong reasons. Johnny Cade was walking through the park on the East side of town with 14 year old, Ponyboy Curtis. As they were walking, Robert Sheldon of the Social gang, had threatened the two young men due to too much alcohol. The two boys were looking for a way to get out of this situation, but the Socials had already surrounded them along with threatening the two. Curtis was beginning to drown when Randy (another member of the Socials) was ordered to by Sheldon.
Charged in the murder of a local boxing legend, Tycorion Davis, 18, was arrested after a Crime Stoppers tip helped to put him behind bars. Former boxer O 'Neil "Supernova" Bell died as a result of a random street robbery, and police are seeking four men accused of his murder. The robbery occurred in southwest Atlanta after O 'Neil Bell stepped off a bus, right before the day of Thanksgiving. As a result of the robbery, Bell died when he attempted to fight back, and they left another person injured. Unfortunately though, it was Cameron’s intentional decision to make a rash assault that caused someone’s death. 2. First-degree murder. The motive behind Shannon’s anger led to the homicide of her boyfriend, which happened to be his unfaithfulness
The accused, Isaac Harris and Max Blanck, were guilty of manslaughter. This was proven by the prosecution team through the evidence provided, such as the admittance of guilt, witness 2, and the building codes. The admittance of guilt is a piece of evidence that led me to believe Harris and Blanck guilty of manslaughter, because Harris admitted to having an almost obsession with employee theft. I was led to believe by this evidence that this obsession caused Harris to lock the doors and make the hallways narrow, so that he could check the employees before they left the building. To me, this proves that Harris and Blanck knew the doors were locked, and purposely locked them.
Both men were successful in their appeals as a verdict of guilty could not be settled upon as the case was based on improbabilities and circumstantial evidence that could not lead to a definite
The Criminal Justice System is to seek safety, protection, control in crimes, and to minimize crimes from criminal offenders. In the trail of Jodi Arias members of the jury faced a difficult task for the murder of Travis Alexander. They must evaluate many conflicting and confusing problems of a troubled relationship, and finally make a decision whether or not the evidence in this case reaches a verdict of guilty beyond reasonable doubt. Travis Victor Alexander was born on July 28, 1977, in Riverside, California. His parents were addicted to crystal meth.
In reality, forensic investigators are not always able to obtain evidence. Either they lack the resources or the criminals have simply become more cautious (Stockwell, 2005). This cautious behavior is speculated by Evan Durnal that possible criminals are using the shows as a way to “learn” how to commit a crime as well as reducing the chances of being caught (Durnal, 2010). With this type of behavior, the prosecution is left with minimal evidence other than eyewitnesses which the jurors have labeled as insufficient evidence. In addition, by having these high expectations jurors have begun demanding the prosecution to present more evidence.
The opposing side of the argument may say Mary planned on the death of her husband though evidence says otherwise. When Mary went down to the freezer she “took hold of the first object she found” displaying how Mary didn’t deliberately grab a weapon to use on Patrick’s death and his actual killing was not clearly thought-out by Mary, proving diminished capacity and not murder. Mary Maloney deeply loved her husband and her child, through Patricks’ violence push her to her limits. No criminal intent was for sought when Mary’s state of mind obscurely went after Patrick. All in all Mary wasn’t in her right mind whyen all of this took place.
The accused, Jamie Rogers caused the death of Nik Pasternak, and thereby did commit manslaughter, the injuries from the assault did result in the death of Nik Pasternak. Nik Pasternak was a 25 year old male who had passed away on October 28, 2017 due to manslaughter. Jamie Rogers had refused to testify in court, but Jamie and Nik Pasternak were childhood friends as stated by Devon Moore. Jamie Rogers had recently been fired by his former boss and best friend Nik Pasternak due to his work ethic. Jamie's condition had been described as troublesome at home by Mr. Devon Moore.
The judge declares the “Murder in the first degree—premeditated homicide—is the most serious charge tried in our criminal courts. One man is dead. The life of another is at stake. If there is a reasonable doubt in your minds as to the guilt of the accused … then you must declare him not guilty. If, however, there is no reasonable doubt, then he must be found guilty.
