Romeo´s Fault
“Two households, both alike in dignity, in fair Verona, where we lay our scene, from ancient grudge break to new mutiny, where civil blood makes civil hands unclean”(Shakespeare Prologue 1-4). Romeo and Juliet see each other and fall in love but Romeo is a Montague and Juliet is a Capulet. So they have to keep their relationship secret so the families do not find out and get mad. But Romeo kills Tybalt who is Juliet's cousin and then Romeo gets banished.

Based on the quote Benvolio is telling Romeo to run after Romeo killed Tybalt. Romeo killed Tybalt because Tybalt killed Mercutio, who is Romeo's friend. If Romeo did not kill Tybalt then Romeo would not have been banished. They would still be alive if Romeo did not kill Tybalt and did not get banished. That was the last reason why Romeo killed Juliet and it was because he killed Tybalt. By William Shakespeare's in Romeo and Juliet, Romeo is responsible for Juliet's death. Because Romeo decides too early, Romeo kills Tybalt, and Romeo secretly married Juliet. Romeo is responsible for Juliet's death because Romeo makes decisions too soon by drinking the poison and not waiting. Another reason Romeo killed Juliet is that Romeo killed Tybalt and got himself banished and he was not able to see Juliet.
