Romeo´s Fault
“Two households, both alike in dignity, in fair Verona, where we lay our scene, from ancient grudge break to new mutiny, where civil blood makes civil hands unclean”(Shakespeare Prologue 1-4). Romeo and Juliet see each other and fall in love but Romeo is a Montague and Juliet is a Capulet. So they have to keep their relationship secret so the families do not find out and get mad. But Romeo kills Tybalt who is Juliet's cousin and then Romeo gets banished.
In Romeo and Juliet by William Shakespeare, Romeo is responsible for Juliet's death because Romeo makes decisions too soon, Romeo killed Tybalt, and Romeo married Juliet in secret.

The citizens are up, and Tybalt slain.¨(Shakespeare 3.1.125-126)
Based on the quote Benvolio is telling Romeo to run after Romeo killed Tybalt. Romeo killed Tybalt because Tybalt killed Mercutio, who is Romeo's friend. If Romeo did not kill Tybalt then Romeo would not have been banished. They would still be alive if Romeo did not kill Tybalt and did not get banished. That was the last reason why Romeo killed Juliet and it was because he killed Tybalt. By William Shakespeare's in Romeo and Juliet, Romeo is responsible for Juliet's death. Because Romeo decides too early, Romeo kills Tybalt, and Romeo secretly married Juliet. Romeo is responsible for Juliet's death because Romeo makes decisions too soon by drinking the poison and not waiting. Another reason Romeo killed Juliet is that Romeo killed Tybalt and got himself banished and he was not able to see Juliet. The last reason why it's Romeo's fault for Juliet dying is that Romeo married Juliet knowing that there would be consequences because of their family feud. It is important to know that it was Romeo's fault that Juliet died and Romeo should think more and think of the consequences that could
In the play Romeo and Juliet, there are several reasons that show the reader who is to blame for Romeo and Juliet deaths. First the character Friar Laurence could be the reason to blame because he knows that they are too young to get married. Another important detail is that Friar Laurence agreed to marry them because he was hoping it would reunite the 2 families. The final reason Friar Laurence could be the reason for they’re deaths is that he failed to get the letter to Romeo explaining the plan. To begin with, Friar Laurence was a priest and helped Romeo and Juliet get married.
Romeo and Juliet’s deaths were not just one person’s fault; many people contributed to how they ended up dying. Even though these people did not kill them physically, they are still a part of the reason they died. The person who contributed to this matter but still did not have much effect was the nurse; she talked badly about Romeo, which set off Juliet. The next person who was most at fault but not the most was Tybalt; he caused a scene with Romeo, which started the whole Romeo leaving situation. The person who was most at fault was Friar Lawrence; even though he married them and wanted the best for them, he was still a big part of the reason they died.
Friar Laurence is to blame for the deaths of Romeo and Juliet because of his irresponsible actions and choices. Firstly, Friar Laurence was the one who agreed to marry Romeo and Juliet in secret. This choice made by Friar Laurence was the first event that contributed to their deaths.
The first person to blame for the death of Romeo and Juliet is Lord Capulet because Lord Capulet being so strict about the person Juliet married, he leads a train of events causing the young Romeo and Juliet to commit suicide. Capulet wouldn't have been the only one to protest Romeo and Juliet's marriage, but he had the final say in Juliet life. Lord Capulet, “Send for the county. Go tell him of this. I'll have this knot knit up tomorrow morning” (4.2.23-24).
The reason Romeo committed suicide was because he thought Juliet was dead, and her fake death was arranged by Friar Laurence. Another highly disputed concept is that if Tybalt never killed Romeo’s friend, Romeo would have never killed Tybalt, which in return would have prevented the deaths of Romeo and Juliet. In reality, Juliet would have been separated from Romeo indefinitely due to the common tradition of arranging marriages for women. Not to mention, it is absurd to think that Romeo and Juliet could conceal their marriage until death. Then again, it is evident that the suicides of Romeo and Juliet were dependent on each other.
Other than Romeo, Juliet is also to blame for their death. If Juliet didn’t just think through the plan the outcome could have been better. Instead of threatening to kill herself to Friar Lawrence he wouldn’t have come up with the plan to bury her and send a letter to Romeo. Because
Well, there isn’t one sole entity to blame for Romeo and Juliet’s death but rather a combination of people throughout the book. Some more than others, but if they were to be blame the whole incident on one sole person in my opinion that person is Romeo. Romeo is a “Handsome” 17-year-old in the story who quite frankly took things way to fast in his relationship with Juliet the not quite 14 year old girl. One of the reasons why its his fault more than others that took part in the whole incident is because he was Impulsive and took things way to fast with Juliet. Every time he was with Juliet it just got faster and faster and faster.
Finally, Romeo should be blamed because he went to someone to get a poison from Apothecary to end his life after Juliet’s death. Romeo has caused so many people to die in the play The Tragedy of Romeo and Juliet even his very close friend Mercutio. In the play The Tragedy of Romeo and Juliet Mercutio says, “No ‘tis not so deep as a well, nor so wide as a church door; but ‘tis enough, ‘twill serve… A plague a both your houses”(Shakespeare 428)! Romeo had caused the death of Mercutio because he blocked him and let Tybalt kill him.
This resulted in Romeo really thinking Juliet was dead which lead him to taking his own life. Lastly Juliet is responsible because she is the one who stabbed herself. When she awoke from her potion coma and found Romeo dead, she also made the decision to take her own life, making it at least somewhat her fault.
There are many people to blame for the deaths of the star-crossed lovers, Romeo and Juliet; they all had something to do with the sad tragic outcome. Romeo is the one to blame for Juliet’s death and his own. It all started when Romeo decided to attend the masquerade ball at the Capulet’s. At the ball Tybalt recognizes Romeo and is furious, this makes him want to fight Romeo.
I am not responsible for Romeo and Juliet's deaths! No decisions or actions Romeo and Juliet made were my own. Romeo, however, is responsible for both Juliet's and his own deaths. Because Romeo also doesn’t think about the consequences of his actions before making a decision. This is because Romeo chose to kill himself without thinking it through.
The person that is to be blamed for Romeo and Juliet’s tragic death is Friar Laurence, because these three reasons. He told Juliet to fake her death, he married them when they just met, and Friar Laurence couldn’t send Romeo the letter telling him Juliet wasn’t dead. The first reason why Friar Laurence is to be blamed for Romeo and Juliet’s tragic death is because he told Juliet to fake her death. The evidence is stated in document c in the note, it states that “Juliet asks Friar Laurence to help her avoid marrying Paris, referred to here as this county.
The third reason is that Juliet would have never faked her death if Romeo was never banished. The first reason Tybalt is to blame for the death of the two lovers is that he picked a fight with Mercutio. Mercutio and Romeo
Romeo is clearly at fault for the death of himself and juliet; Romeo's impulsive decisions caused him to make irreversible mistakes, ultimately leading to his death and Juliets. Romeo bears the most guilt for the tragedy of Romeo and Juliet for two main reasons. One of the main things that causes the tragedy is Romeo's
Juliet then fakes her death so she doesn’t have to be in an arranged marriage with Paris. Romeo finds Juliet and thinks that she’s actually dead so he kills himself. Juliet wakes up to Romeo’s dead body and kills herself too. A lot of people can be the cause for Romeo’s and Juliet’s death but the most important people are Romeo and Friar Lawrence.
