However, the rivalry between the two families means that marriage would be forbidden, so Juliet and Romeo decided to marry but not tell their parents. Romeo gets attacked by a Capulet named Tybalt because Romeo was at the Capulet party where he met Juliet, since Romeo is a Montague, he should not have been at the party, not wanting to fight back since the prince told them “If ever you disturb our streets
I saw her laid low in her kindred's vault, and presently took post to tell it you.” This lead to Romeo being so stricken with grief he made the decision to kill himself because he couldn’t live without his love, this eventually lead to Juliet waking from her deep sleep, seeing Romeo dead, and then committing suicide for the same reason Romeo did. Even though Balthasar was unaware of Friar Laurence’s scheme, he still ruined
Ever wonder what it’s like to be the one at fault for someone’s death? In William Shakespeare’s Romeo and Juliet, there are many who can be blamed for the death of Romeo and Juliet. All of the trouble begins in the worn of Verona. Two families, the Capulets and Montagues, despise each other so much so that they have an on-going feud. Their children, Romeo and Juliet, fall in love when they attend the Capulet party.
Romeo and Juliet’s deaths were caused by Tybalt, who was Juliet’s cousin, and Mercutio who was Romeo’s cousin. The sides of the family not getting along was the reason Mercutio and Tybalt fought, and they both ended up dead, and Romeo was banished. Tybalt was the instigator of most of the fights that happened in the story, in lines 35 through 140 in the story Tybalt is encouraging the brawl that killed both himself and Mercutio. He was also the reason the Prince passed the law of banishment in lines 185 through 195.
In "Romeo and Juliet," star crossed lovers, through obstacles and haste caused the ironic deaths. Their deaths are caused by haste, poor planning, and deficiency of patience. Their deaths were caused by Friar Lawrence, Romeo Montague, and Juliet Capulet. They were ready to die for each other, and they were ready to do just that for love. Their lack in restraint and thought ended up being each of their own demise.
Well, there isn’t one sole entity to blame for Romeo and Juliet’s death but rather a combination of people throughout the book. Some more than others, but if they were to be blame the whole incident on one sole person in my opinion that person is Romeo. Romeo is a “Handsome” 17-year-old in the story who quite frankly took things way to fast in his relationship with Juliet the not quite 14 year old girl. One of the reasons why its his fault more than others that took part in the whole incident is because he was Impulsive and took things way to fast with Juliet. Every time he was with Juliet it just got faster and faster and faster.
Acting out of anger, Romeo proceeded to kill Tybalt. The prince then banished Romeo from Verna. Juliet's mom was forcing her to marry Paris, but she did not want to. As a result of this, Juliet sought help from Friar Lawernce, who gave her the plan to fake her death. Romeo saw Juliet’s “dead” body and drank poison, resulting in his death.
Who was to blame for Romeo and Juliet? The parents are terrible; families hate each other, and the parents were so terrible that the lovers had to keep their marriage a secret. The Capulets tried to force their daughter to get married to someone she didn't want to get married to. That's why the parents are to blame for the deaths of their children. One reason the parents are to blame is because the family feud between the Capulets and the Montagues was terrible.
Some people may believe that Juliet is responsible for the deaths of herself and Romeo. Their argument could be that she caused the tragedy because she willingly went along with Friar Laurence's faulty plan that unraveled into destruction. Although this did occur, it did not ultimately lead to the suicides of both characters. Juliet did agree to the Friar’s plan, but overall it was Romeo who caused the deaths of himself and Juliet. He is the reason the plan ended up failing due to his banishment from Verona.
In William Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet the people responsible for their death are the Capulet and Montague families, the Friar and the Nurse. Their families couldn't see how happy they were when they were together, the Friar had a lot of holes in his plane and the Nurse couldn't decide who she wanted Juliet to get married to. Firstly the people who are really to blame are the Capulet and Montague families. Both of the families couldn't be happy for their kids and only thought of themself..
“Come child tell me your issues, God will forgive you for your sins.” Friar Lawrence and Friar John, the ones you go to for help. Or in this case the ones who will end your life. They have the ones who assisted in the suicide of Romeo and Juliet.
There are many characters that contributed to the tragic acts of love and suicide in Shakespeare’s Romeo and Juliet, but who is the most to blame? In the famous play, we have two families, the Montagues and the Capulets, who have been feuding with each other for many years. Romeo, from the Montague family, and Juliet, from the Capulets, have fallen in love. Due to the distasteful acts from each side, their children must go to great lengths to keep their love a secret.
First and foremost, we shall blame Juliet’s parents for the deaths of Romeo and Juliet. One example that can help prove this is in Document B in which Lady Capulet talks to Juliet about marrying Paris. In Document B, Lady Capulet says, “The night you shall behold him at our feast”. This quote demonstrates how Lord and Lady Capulet want her to meet Paris so that they can see each other, but instead, she encounters Romeo. If they didn’t have a huge, extravagant party, then Romeo
Romeo and Juliet play a part in a very sad story. They were seen to have killed themselves however, they did not commit such a crime. Figuratively speaking, yes they killed themselves, but there’s more to the story than just that. A dear relative to them both by marriage was the cause of this horrible tragedy. He is the beloved cousin to Juliet, and newly to Romeo…
Another reason Lord Capulet could be blamed is because he was forcing Juliet
William Shakespeare’s Romeo and Juliet was a tragic play that started with a young couple falling madly in love, but quickly turned to the death of both of them. From early on in the play, it seemed as if the fate of Romeo and Juliet was already determined, as they were referred to as “star-crossed lovers”, and the tragic fate of these lovers was unraveled through the poor decisions of many characters throughout this play. Though many people can be blamed for the deaths of Romeo and Juliet, Lord Capulet and Romeo are the most responsible for the tragic ending of this play. Lord Capulet was the most to blame for the deaths of Romeo and Juliet. First of all, one trait that puts Lord Capulet at the blame for the death of Romeo and Juliet is that he was indecisive.
