The blame is on Romeo because he acted too hastily throughout the play. He shouldn 't have asked Juliet to marry him so suddenly, and he should have thought more carefully bedfellows rushing back to Verona after hearing of Juliet 's death. He also acted violently and without thinking he killed Tybalt and later on, he killed Paris too. Romeo and Juliet were both going to get married, but first they needed to go to Friar Laurence 's cell. The father didn 't like that idea, but he saw that they were both really in love with each other, so he was going to marry them. The evidence I found was when the nurse said, “Then hie you hence to Friar Laurence 's cell there stays a husband to make you a wife. Hie to you to church, I must another way, to …show more content…
Another reason that Romeo was to blame was because his servant told him that Juliet had died and he rushed to Verona while he was banished from there. The evidence I found was when Balthasar, Romeo 's servant, said, “Her body sleeps in Capel 's Monument, and her immortal part with angels lives I saw her laid low in her kindred 's vault, and presently took post to come and tell you.” Another reason of why it was Romeo’s fault was when he said, “Ah, Juliet if the measure of thy joy be heaped like mine and that thy skill be more to blazon it, then sweeten with thy breath this neighbor air and let rich music 's tongue unfold the imagined happiness that both receive in either by this dear encounter.” He said this right before they both got …show more content…
The last reason why Romeo was super lame for was because when he was at the monument he killed Paris without knowing that it was him.some evidence I found was when Paris said, “O, lamb slain (falls) if thou be merciful, open the tomb lay me with lady Juliet.” I also found some other evidence when Romeo said, “In faith I will, let me peruse this face… Mercutio 's kinsman, noble county paris. Another reason of why Romeo was so blame for was when he said, “Ha banishment? Be merciful say “death” for exile hath more terror in his look, much more than death. Do not say “banishment” he said this when Friar Laurence told him that he was banished from Verona for killing Tybalt in a sword fight and for killing county Paris. All in all these are some reasons for why to blame Romeo in the play Romeo and Juliet. Another reason to why he was the blame was because before you love Verona he went to Juliet 's house so he could take her virginity because they were married now. Lastly, it was Romeo 's fault because he could of waited to get married at a better age so they can both take responsibilities for their
The Nurse and Friar Laurence is to blame. To begin, Friar Laurence considered to be a holy man according to the the parents of the two lovers. Therefore conveying that the two families believed in him. In the play Romeo and Juliet, there are several reasons that show the reader who is to blame for Romeo and Juliet deaths. First the character Friar Laurence could be the reason to blame because he knows that they are too young to get married. Another important detail is that Friar Laurence agreed to marry them because he was hoping it would reunite the 2 families. The final reason Friar Laurence could be the reason for they’re deaths is that he failed to get the letter to Romeo explaining the plan. To begin with, Friar Laurence was a priest and helped Romeo and Juliet get married.
Not for the usual reasons of grieving his death, but because it meant the banishment of Romeo. Juliet's parents unknowingly believe she is upset over Tybalt, which in response they push the idea of her marrying Paris. This is the true beginning of the Tragedy. Juliet avoids this situation with the help of the Friar. Which in the end becomes the end of Romeo and
They proceed to plan a secret marriage at Friar Lawrences cell the next day, Even though they discovered they are from feuding households. When considering this, Romeo is the most to blame for the tragedy of the play because first of all, he rushed his marriage with Juliet, which could have been an indecisive idea for him. Another reason
Blame is when a person assigns responsibility for a fault or wrong on another person. People resort to blame because they do not want to look bad or have other people know that they are guilty of these wrong doings. Blame is a factor in Romeo and Juliet because.. The death and separation between Romeo and Juliet could be blamed on Mercutio and Friar Lawrence.
Since the letter did not get delivered to Romeo, Friar Laurence is to blame for the deaths of Romeo and Juliet. Furthermore, Friar Laurence is to blame because he did not do something he promised to the newly-married couple. He says, “...til we can find a time to blaze your marriage, reconcile your friends, beg pardon of the prince, and call thee back” (Shakespeare 1060). This quote shows Friar had promised to bring forth their marriage after the public had calmed down about the deaths in the brawl Romeo was in.
Romeos and Juliets Death Romeo and Juliet is a tragic play about two love-struck teens that eventually falls in love. They have to face obstacles just to find a way to be together and eventually have to secrednize their marriage. The characters Friar Lawrence, Romeo and Lord, Lady Capulet are primarily responsible for the deaths of Romeo and Juliet. They all have things they did that leads to Romeo and Juliet’s departness. Also, the decisions they made and the problems they caused such as ruining true love.
The question of who is most responsible for the deaths of Romeo and Juliet can be complicated. Almost everybody in the play can be blamed because everybody has pitched in a little. There are many characters in the play by William Shakespeare who wronged Romeo and Juliet. The characters that contributed the most to Romeo’s and Juliet’s deaths are Friar Laurence, Lord Capulet and Paris. First of all, Friar Laurence is responsible for the death of Romeo and Juliet because he has done some stuff that Romeo didn’t know about.
There are several reasons why Lord Capulet is to be blamed for the deaths of Romeo and Juliet. His decision to force Juliet to get married, his contribution of the family feud, and his decision to change the day of the marriage. The main reason I think Lord Capulet is to blame is because he forced Juliet to get married. Him forcing Juliet to get married only left Juliet two choices and that was to either run away or get married, and of course we all know that her getting marred to anyone but Romeo wasn't an option. If he had never forced her to getting married then she would not have done what she did.
As the story goes on, the friar starts to give hints towards him regretting on having the wedding. He is clearly having second thoughts when he says
Was ever book containing such vile matter So fairly bound? Oh, that deceit should dwell In such a gorgeous palace!” Juliet was sad and wanted to kill herself because Romeo got banished. Those are the 3 reasons why Tybalt is to blame for Romeo and Juliet.
Romeo is mostly to blame because he was irresponsible and acted expressively. Romeo’s impulsive manner ultimately lead to the demise of his, Juliet’s, and many others. “Did my heart love till now? For swear it, sight! For I ne’er saw true beauty until this night” (1.5.50-51).
Shakespeare writes the play giving the audience the final decision of who is at fault for the deaths of Romeo and Juliet. Throughout the play fault can be placed on Romeo. He makes a variety of choices that lead to Juliet’s death and his own. Romeo is constantly blaming his own careless behaviors on fate.
There is always a reason a story. In Romeo and juliet the story/reason is that Romeo got false news and thought the Juliet was dead. Which lead him to getting a position that can kill 20 men. There are many things that one must know before asking “Who is to blame”. One of the sides are that people would be arguing is that Romeo and Juliet should be held responsible for this ultimate decision.
Death, tragedy, misery, love, and unity, all of these words describe the story of Romeo and Juliet, but it all revolved around Tybalt making his first terrible mistake. In the play Romeo and Juliet written by Shakespeare, the short story is that two young lovers secretly get married, people murder in anger, the two lovers get separated, and then end their lives in a tragic death because of no communication. But, like I said, this all revolves around a mistake Tybalt makes because of the feud between the Capulet (Juliet’s family) and the Montague (Romeo’s family). Tybalt is the character most to blame for the tragic events in Romeo and Juliet because, he killed Mercutio, which lead to Romeo 's banishment, which then leads to the suicides of Romeo
