What 's the big deal with guns, regulation on guns, and the second amendment? well, the big idea is the fact that the amount of deaths in the U.S have increased because the number of people with guns without the required paperwork has. They have found that ex-cons usually reoffend without a few months or years of their release. This also includes shooters or people that were convicted of a crime with a concealed weapon. And if it is not known the second amendment does not exactly say that everyone in the U.S is allowed to own a gun for what they want and the government cant do anything about it. The exact wording of the second amendment is, "a well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed." Should there be regulations on peoples gun rights? Are these gun regulations necessarily needed? These are the questions that some people have been asking. Just to be clear, certain gun regulations are necessary for public safety. Therefore, regulations on guns rights, such as for criminals that were recently released from prison or have committed some kind of crime of crime with a fire arm are necessarily for public safety. In the United States of America certain regulations are definitely necessary for public safety. The regulations are there to better the nation and not further control it. The government can not get rid of everyone 's right to own and keep a gun but, they can simply control the amount of guns able to be purchased. Therefore, the government is not taking away peoples guns but, simply regulating those who can or cant not own them to better protect the citizens of America. And thus any remarks about the government taking away peoples guns are untrue, the government is doing this for everyone 's well
