King Philips War created immense fear and hatred towards Native Americans and caused rebellions throughout the English colonies, the greatest rebellion being Bacons Rebellion. Ironically, the rebellion began with a pig. A group of Doug Indians took some pigs as payment for a debt that planter Thomas Matthew owed them. Due to the act, Matthew gathered a group of family members and neighbors to track down the Doug Indians, capture them, and beat most of them to death. In retaliation, the surviving Indians attacked Matthews’s plantation and killed one of his indentured servants.
Jesse James was a legendary American outlaw who murdered, robbed banks and trains. Although, some people see him as the courageous robin hood sharing the wealthier people 's riches to the poor. No one ever knew what his main purpose was. He was born on September 5, 1847 in Kearney, Missouri. He was raised in a household full of violent and unstable family members, especially his step-father who treated him and his brother frank poorly.

As a result of this, when the British lost the U.S. as a dumping ground for malefactors, the prisons began overflowing, and eventually even the hulks, a decommissioned war ship began running out of space. When the British were in desperate need of a colony where it could send its prisoners, Captain Cook found fertile land and foreign plants on the east coast of Terra Australis Incognito in 1770 (ADB N.A, 1966).
Last night on February 4, 1787, General Benjamin Lincoln attacked members of the Shays’ Rebellion, and successfully captured 150 of the rebels. As a result, Daniel Shays left Massachusetts and fled to Vermont. Shays Rebellion was an armed rebellion consisting of 1,200 angry farmers from Massachusetts. They caused major chaos in this state. On December 26, 1786 Daniel Shays and the rebels revolted in Springfield, Massachusetts insisting that the state legislature address their issues, such as lack of money.

The Railroads had been taking land from people trying to gain financial footing through farming in California. Frank Norris brought about change by exposing what four robber barons were doing to the people. The robber barons would make the cost of shipping to much to bayor and would make farmers go bankrupt and lose all their money, while the railroad got richer and richer. This corruption would be silenced by the courts corrupt officials. This meant that people would starve and die because they can't afford to eat.
In 1915, a Jewish businessman Leo Frank was falsely accused of killing a worker, Mary Phlegem, in the pencil factory he managed. When the Georgia governor reduced Frank’s death sentence to life imprisonment due to lack of evidence, a mob dragged him and lynched him. He was given a posthumous pardon decades later when the evidence pointed to a janitor at the factory. Leo Frank tragedy caused “a ripple effect of fear among Jewish immigrants and Jewish Americans” (Anti-semitism in America). The lynching of Leo Frank was the beginning of two long decades of prejudicsm and hatred towards Jewish Americans in interwar America.

The Boston Massacre was the murder of american colonists. The colonists were shot and killed at the scene. This event that happened in history started off with snowball throwing and lead to a large crowd, and very angry people. The angry mob was called ‘Patriot’ mob. The Patriots or ‘Sons of Liberty’ was a group formed to oppose the stamp act.
Due to building tension between the abolitionists and the pro-slavery parties Kansas turned into a very violent place. In May of 1856, a pro-slavery mob reeked havoc on the town of Lawrence, stealing property, demolishing buildings, and even setting the governor’s home on fire. Two days after the attack on Lawrence, a man named John Brown set out for vengeance.
