How did Marilyn Monroe Die?
August 5th 1962 the beautiful, talented, rich, seemingly perfect Marilyn Monroe mysteriously died. Leaving behind a life of fame, luxury and heartbreak, as well as a whole lot of confusion and speculation behind her death. There are many theories to how she died, and this essay will be centred around one. Murder.
There are a few suspects as to who might have killed Marilyn, but they nearly all have weak or non-existent motives. For example: Marilyn’s housekeeper, Eunice Murray? Because she got fired from her job? Not likely. However, there is one very interesting theory which would explain everything. A secret love affair between Marilyn and Robert Kennedy, the brother of the famous, later assassinated President,

Evidence points to this because Robert was with his family the weekend of Marilyn’s death and accounted for. So who did he hire? The answer is simple, Eunice Murray. She just lost her job, and maybe she was a bit angry towards Marilyn as a result of it. All Robert had to do was pay her off. She was in a perfect position; she was living with Marilyn. All she had to do was give Marilyn a drug overdose and no one would be wiser. Eunice would make it seem as if Marilyn had committed suicide. Marilyn was already groggy from the extreme amount of Nembutal, prescribed to her by her doctor Hyman Engelberg, and added with some Chloral Hydrate, she was sure to die. Ralph Greenson, Marilyn’s physiatrist had prescribed her with Chloral Hydrate and told Eunice to administer it via enema. When Eunice gave Marilyn the enema, the combination of the drugs and the magnitude was deadly. After killing her, Eunice then decided to phone Greenson and Engelberg to triple check that she hadn’t missed anything that might give her away. When Greenson and Engelberg arrived, Eunice told them that she had accidentally given Marilyn an overdose. Horrified, Greenson and Engelberg pumped Marilyn’s stomach to get rid of the drugs – this would explain her empty stomach, but their attempts were fruitless. Marilyn was too far gone. Worried about the consequences, (dismissed …show more content…
All of which help corroborate this particular murder theory. Eunice Murray: cleaning/tidying Marilyn’s house and doing the laundry while the police were there (if she had given Marilyn an enema then there would have been a mess requiring laundry), changing her story, time and time again, obviously lying about several things. For example: the door was locked – there was no lock on the door, she could see light under the door – the carpet was too thick to see any light under the door, etcetera. The police investigator noted that “Mrs Murray was vague and possibly evasive in answering questions.” It seemed clear that she was hiding something. Also acting suspicious were Ralph Greenson and Hyman Engelberg. In the first story they told to police, Eunice called Greenson at around 12 o’clock, after she grew worried of Marilyn’s wellbeing, and he arrived shortly after. Greenson then used a fire poker to smash one of Marilyn’s windows to see if she was dead. After this they called Engelberg, who arrived promptly afterwards. He then went and had a look at Marilyn before finally pronouncing her dead. All of which probably would have taken them under an hour. So then why did the phone call to the police not come till 4:30am? It doesn’t take over three and a half hours to make a 911 call. Probably after realising their story didn’t make much sense, they changed it again, hiding
You may or may not know who Meriwether Lewis is, but he has had a very important role in history, especially that of Louisiana, and the cause of death has been argued upon for years. He was a member of the state militia, he helped quell the Whiskey rebellion, a Pennsylvania uprising that was led against taxes, and he was a friend of Jefferson’s. Quite possibly his greatest achievements were governing Louisiana after the purchase, and the Lewis and Clark expedition. He had a major role in the Lewis and Clark expedition, which was to collect data of the plants, animals, and land forms he encountered. He had been picked by Jefferson to be the governor of Louisiana, he was travelling to DC at the time to have the government reimburse him for
#1 The first fact of the conspiracy theory that there was more than 1 murder involved in JFK’s murder. The first one is Jack Ruby may have been involved. Oswald was at Jack’s night club two weeks before president Kennedy’s death. When Oswald was taken to the police station Jack Ruby killed Oswald while he was being reported.
If Jack Ruby had not killed Lee Harvey Oswald there would not have been suspicions that others were involved. Ruby had no motive for the killing. One possible theory was that Fidel Castro was behind the assassination because he disagreed with JFK’s ideas about world peace. Many believed that Jack Ruby attempted to kill Fidel Castro. Another popular theory was that Lyndon B. Johnson was behind the shooting due to his hatred of the Kennedy’s and his desire to be president.
Jayden Sweet Dr. Sue Henshon ENC 1101 19 October 2017 One of the strangest events to ever happen in U.S.A history is the president John Fitzgerald Kennedy assassination. JFK was assassination November 22 1963 in Dallas, Texas while riding in an open roof motorcade. Lee Harvey Oswald was the man who shot and killed the president, Lee was a former US Marine and most likely had ties to the USSR. Lee defected to the USSR in 1959 and didn’t return till 1962.
Despite multiple theories made by the newspapers and the people of New York City, her murder remains unsolved and is considered as one of the famous mysterious homicides. Although, the mystery behind the death of Mary Rogers can be summed up in two theories:
Many people have different conspiracies on who killed and how they killed the president of their time, John F. Kennedy. Some think that it was one guy named Oswald, some believe that it was the mobs, people also think it was the government. No one has exact proof of what happened that day or who killed him, but here is my conspiracy based off of facts that I have gathered and if I think that it was only Oswald that was in on it. If we go a few weeks back before the assassination occurred, evidence states that Oswald and Jack Ruby were seen at a nightclub two weeks before the president was assassinated. Could they have been planning their plot?
The death of Meriwether Lewis still remains a great mystery. For 200 years, it was claimed to be a suicide, but many other sources of evidence proves this wrong. He was secretary for Thomas Jefferson. He was also the number one hero in the country. He was even named the governor of Louisiana!
A Suicide or Homicide? In 1984, Kurt Cobain was found dead in his home in Seattle Washington. The moment his body was found with the gun beside his body and note in the dirt, it was immediately ruled as another famous suicide. There was no further investigation till months after, and yet with the proof it is still decided as a suicide.
“She was convinced that this man was Jack Ruby, the club owner who, in three days, would kill Lee Harvey Oswald.” (Polidoro, Massimo) Could it be that Oswald bullet killed Kennedy but Jack wanted to do it so he later killed Oswald. Maybe they both planned it but Jack was angry at
Once the doctor arrived on the scene he seen it as depicted and pronounced Horace dead. After reviewing all the evidence, it is clear that Minnie Verbermockle was involved in the murder of her now late husband Horace verbermockle. One reason to believe Verbermockle’s death was not an accident is that he still has his toothbrush in his hand. If his death occurred by him slipping on a cake of soap he would more than likely be exiting the shower .
She’d been gutted and of course that led to further investigation. During questioning, Ed Gein admitted to killing two women, one of those being Mary Hogan and obviously Worden. As you can see Ed was not very stable. He even confessed to digging up womens’ bodies that were freshly buried and “practicing necrophilia” on them. He made suits of their skin and used body parts in various disgusting ways.
She walked past the sign that said “UNAUTHORIZED PERSONNEL KEEP OUT,” absentmindedly not thinking about the true consequences of her actions. The last quote is when she was talking to Barton about the protocol with more intel. “There isn't enough fuel for me to stay; when I hid on this ship I got into something I didn't know about and now I have to pay for it.” Once Marilyn learned that it was either her life or 7 others she decided to sacrifice her life. She became more accepting of the consequence and even said her good-bys.
Sandy McSouthers My theory is that Sandy McSouthers killed Sam Westing. I think Sandy McSouthers killed Sam Westing. Sandy McSouthers seemed to know a lot of things.
On his expedition of digging up buried bodies, he seeked out help from Gus, a silly farmer, but once Gus had been admitted to a home due to his old age, “Gein became desperate for fresh trophies”, which is what led him to murder the two women. It was after the death of his mother, that Gein began creating a “woman suit”, which he would wear, because he longed to become a woman. Authorities also found out that Ed engaged in necrophilia with bodies he dug up, though he denied it, claiming the corpses “smelled too bad”. One of the police who had questioned Gein, Art Schley, was found guilty of having physically assaulted Ed, by “banging Gein’s head and face into a brick wall.” At the time Gein did not have to attend his trial because of the state of his mental stability, in total he was sent to two mental institutions, one of which eventually became a prison.
Many trusts it was a suicide and many trusts it was a mishap, however there are no demonstrates or what so ever to any of the bits of gossip or speculations. We can just figure and have confidence in whatever we need, however the one thing that we would all be able to concur is that Marilyn was a lovely and capable lady who discovered popularity and fortune yet she was unsatisfied with her life An existence of this young lady will never be overlooked by history as it is an incredible case of life. As a rule most human look for accomplishment in life so it could make them upbeat. Be that as it may, for her situation, she demonstrated that fame is not all that
