Language is the expression of human communication through which knowledge, belief, and behavior can be experienced, explained, and shared it is a system made up of different levels of signs, marks. Sound letters word and sentences which convey understood meanings within a group or community its well know that language is universal human trait; all normal human beings have at least one language which they use to communicate with other people in their society. People don’t agree about many theories which states that children learn faster than adult and vice versa .This essay will discuss the reason behind children foreign language faster than adults ,the reason that refute the arguments that children learn faster than others , and suggestion for more effective second language learning. Too many reasons behind children learning foreign language faster than adults, number one is because they got nothing to worry about because there are no responsibilities in their lives. for example : as a child the biggest problem in his life is if his dad refused to buy him a toy. Number two is because they got nothing to distract them and they are still developing in their early ages for example that they care for nothing except themselves and their parents according to Mrs. Silverstein “G 'bye, I 'm going out to play!” Which shows us how children don’t mind anything. Some people believe that adults can learn faster than children but they been proved wrong after studies stated that they don’t care for perfection.
