However, many people say that college can lead a harder life (Adam). During college education, students tend to drop out of their career field due to the pressure and frustration. After dropping out, students have to straighten their path. Starting a new and better lifestyle include traveling, for example (The Value of Education). Education could open a new learning experience between languages and cultures so that traveling could be a qualification.
Students who leave home in pursuit of a better education in their entire career than the ones back home, are more likely going to be home sick. Students who underachieve are most likely to have trouble in school work and are most likely not that motivated to do work in the classroom. Native American people are a very independent people who like to get things done on there own, but in the need of assistance or refuge they can depend on other tribes to help fight for what they want. Therefore having them get financial assistance from the government is a great to help rebuild and modernise the schools. A
A student might have to drop out and get a job to provide for younger siblings or a parent. This would be an understandable reason to not continue college, but is very specific to certain people or families. Another personal case of why an individual would drop out is college is it is just not the right fit for their life. College does teach valuable life skills and provides an advanced education for those who need it, yet some professions do not require a degree. If a student is not getting valuable instruction for what they want to do, it would be the smart thing to back out and peruse an apprenticeship for example.
If they need to get the next day's lessons ready for the next couple days or to relax. The reason students should get a recess is so that they can have something to look forward to at school so that they can perform better. Everyone know’s that students hate school. The students could use the break to sleep,go to the gym, play board games, play on electronics basically do whatever you want to do in that time to relieve stress from you. This will give students a chance to have fun with there friends at school.
The need step is what the problems are with not going back to college such as it is always good to have a backup plan in case of tragedy, and most households need two people to have good paying jobs to survive. By going back to school you can alleviate some of the stresses
There are so many different type of careers out there and we believe that we shouldn 't all have to take the same classes in high school. It’d also improve graduation statistics, there would be more teens graduating. It’d also help teens look for careers that they can do. This plan would just make the district better. It
I want to improve the CPS systems especially, because of work overload a lot of children are suffering. Eventually, I would like to open my own agency that will not only empower and/or encourage children to be there better self but will also secure them a future in life. An agency that is truly going to bring in positive and great results and would not consist of burnouts/work overload. Experience as a Student In undergraduate school, there were a lot of good moments, as well as struggling moments. There were times that I wanted to quit, but that was not
Brent Staples is speaking about colleges around the country and how the standards that they hold the students to are changing. He believes that students these days are not earning grades as much as they are demanding them. Brent in his article is comparing how students from the past would take the grade that they were given because in that time the teacher was right in their decisions but now, because students pay so much for school they think they should automatically get a good grade. In his article he states, “Twenty years ago, students grumbled, then lived with the grades they were given. Today, colleges of every stature permit them to appeal low grades through deans or permanent boards of inquiry.”(Staples
I agree with her because we aren’t all perfect and sometimes we need that extra lesson or we need to repeat the material again. In middle school some of my friends were afraid of flunking the grade because they didn’t want to repeat the grade and of embarrassment. I believe that make them repeat
Summer vacation is beneficial for students because it gives them a break from school, time for family, time to take courses and look for jobs. (Raisingsmallsouls) It is beneficial for students to have a good summer vacation because students need a break and time off of school and work. Health can always be dangerous and an issue, if students keep studying without a break it could hurt them physically or mentally. (Wilson). Students being hurt and distracted can cause their grades to drop and that would be bad for them.
Tenured teachers stay longer at the school, which is great for the school, because turning over teachers is disruptive to the school. Tenure encourages the careful selection of qualified and effective teachers. While each state has its own regulations for how teacher tenure works, most are very similar. Each new teacher is given a probation period and during that period the teacher must prove that they are having a positive effect on their students. Since it is difficult to remove tenured teachers, tenure encourages school administrators to take more care when making the promotions.
However, many don’t want to drop out from their studies; they want a better education and better jobs that will pay them well. Not to have to work in a job that pays them low wages and to top it off still have to pay the loan they applied for to stay in college. It’s an everyday struggle young people go through every year just to stay in college to get their education. In the book On the Frontier of Adulthood Frank F. Furstenberg state that “More youth are extending education, living at home longer, and moving haltingly, or stopping altogether, along the stepping stones of adulthood.” Young people not reaching their adulthood, and still living at home to pursue, there dream of going to college. In fact, this is very important because some young people are keeping up in attending college, no matter if they have to live at home with parents or extending their education simply because of some bumps on the
Schools have been providing sports for years, and had students enjoying them with their families and friends. According to many people they want to get rid of sports to focus on their academic skills than athletic skills to help them in the real world with businesses. Therefore, schools should shut down sports to cut down their bills, bring up teacher salaries, and have more educational programs to help them succeed in their business life. Although Schools are always trying to raise money for superior tools in class, it would help if the school closed down the athletics to gain more money for academic needs. If they shut down the school sports they would be able to have more students passing classes and getting better grades that would help with their schooling (Ripley 10).
For example, long term health care professionals have been receiving small payments that have made them opt to leave this profession. Perhaps increasing the salaries and wages that personnel in this industry receive might attract more people to take this job. The government also depended on a lot in retaining the existing long-term workers. These are people that will be aging as well. Maybe choosing to hire a younger generation of long-term health care providers might solve the
Staff Shortage has been an ongoing problem for decades and all that is being done is talks about solutions. Increasing salaries and improving work condition. Hiring more quality people and fulfilling the demand that is needed to run each facility properly. These few things might not prevent all problems, but making improvements in interdisciplinary teamwork, combined with making certain that providers and administrators have greater interdisciplinary education in improving quality and building safer environments for patients, could mitigate their harmful
